I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF BOOTS THE CHEMIST FOR MORE THAN FIFTY YEARS AND OF LATE THEY ARE MAKING MISTAKES IN CLOSIING DOWN THE BRANCHES WHERE THE TEAMS OF STAFF HAD FORMED A COMMUNITY SPIRIT WITH THE LOCALS ALMOST LIKE THE VILLAGE SHOPS USED TO BE. I AM WRITING THIS SO THAT THE BOARD OF THE COMPANY CAN SEE WHAT AN ORDINARY MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC FEELS YOU ARE NOT SEEING. MARYLEBONE HIGH STREET, LED BY MR. GHANDI HAD A TEAM WHO KNEW YOU BY NAME AND VALUED ONES CUSTOM. IT HAPPENED TO BE NEXT DOOR TO WAITROSE WHICH MADE IT A PRIME LOCATION AND I KNOW I SPEAK FOR MOST OF THE LOCALS WHO HAVE LIVED HERE FOR MANY YEARS IT IS SORELY MISSED AND ALTHOUGH THE STAFF AT BAKER STREET ARE O.K. THEY WILL NEVER HAVE THE PERSONAL TOUCH OF THE TEAM WHICH HAS NOW BEEN BROKEN UP. I DID NOTICE THAT THE BRANCH,, ALTHOUGH CLOSED IS STILL LIT ON A TIME SWITCH, TOTALLY FITTED OUT AS THOUGH THERE IS A CHANCE THAT THEY MAY RETURN. AM I DREAMING ?????????? PLEASE BOOTS C.E.O. RECONSIDER THIS CLOSURE AND COME BACK TO A VERY REGULAR CUSTOMER BASE WHO DEFINITELY SPEND EQUALLY TO YOUR BEST BRANCHES AND HAS BEEN APPRECIATED IN A WAY WHICH CANNOT REALLY...

I came to this pharmacy for prescription drugs. initially had a problem with my prescription and after contacting my doctor fixed the problem as advised and returned. however blond pharmacist refused to issue my prescription, remembering me from previous time and telling me that she told me smth else, did not try to solve he issue. she was not helpful, rather rude ignoring my by servicing other customers. was advising contradicting solutions. one of them was to change my doctor. i left pharmacy and had a panic attack. couldn't breath for some time and barely got home. i love boots and never had issues however this was an extremely unpleasant visit to their branch. i am still deeply distressed and without medication i...

Disgusting woman behind the counter. I used an online prescription agency for the to send my antibiotics order to boots, had a dreadful throat infection, was awake all night waiting for it to open at 9am.

On arrival the disgusting woman claimed that I needed a signed prescription from my doctor, I’d used this boots before with the same process so I knew she was wrong.
