This is a beautiful peaceful garden square in between the bustle of Baker Street and the artsy posh of Marylebone High Street, with numerous benches, a lovely place to stop for a rest in a busy day. The floral displays, especially the roses, in the summer are worth a visit on their own, but the park also has a children's playground, a mausoleum (it used to serve as burial grounds), a ping pong table and outdoor chess. The recent service of providing outdoor chess in public parks is so welcome. There is also a special statue of a street orderly boy sculpted in marble by Donato Barcaglia of Milan (1849-1930) placed in 1943. Public toilets are available also which are exceptionally well maintained.

Located close to Baker Street in Marylebone is this little public gardens. The garden is actually split in two parts. The northern part is much smaller and not quite as nice. In fact, there are drug dealers operating openly. One even offered me his business card and asked me to call him for a "menu". The souther part is much nice. A pleasant little park with plenty of benches, paved walkways, a playground for young children and the grass is full and well maintained. It'a cute little park in the centre of London and good for a rest after spending a day walking round the area.

We were there for Marylebone summer street fare. Which is great. Farmers market, artisan foods, drinks. Fitness, clothing, flowers, candles, mini fun fare and many many more in the surrounding streets. There is even a dog show!! In the park itself, food and drinks, places to sit and a stage with live music. (Last yr they also had a cinema screen) There is a med - large fenced kids area, plenty of tables and pretty gardens. Such a good day! If you get a chance you should give it a try.

Avoid the playground after 16.15. Abusive security operates in this park-shouting/banging keys/ constant loud whistling starts at 16.20 and continues till everybody is out, left my child and me in great distress! When I tried leaving the playground the security has obstructed the gate and I had to squeeze by. He also confronted my friend meeting me by the gate, stated that she did not live here, literally saying "You can't live here". My friend lives here more than 10 years. Clearly nobody is dealing with these issues and children and parents are abused daily at this playground. A simple sign on the playground gate stating the playground is closing at 16.15, please live the playground before the closing time would prevent...

If you're seeking a peaceful retreat in Marylebone, Paddington Street Gardens offers a delightful escape. It is located nearby Marylebone High Street. This small park provides a serene spot to rest during a shopping trip or to enjoy an outdoor meal.
