This store benefits from a very convenient location and is understandably busy, particularly in the pharmacy section, which often seems to be the main draw for many customers. However, my overall experience here has been mixed, as the store can be quite inconsistent in its presentation and atmosphere.

At times, it gives the impression that it might be closing down, with sections of the store appearing understocked or disorganized. I assume this is due to challenges with theft, as one of the shutters is always closed, and the entrance is closely monitored by a security guard. While this is a shame, it’s also understandable from a business perspective as a necessary measure to protect the store’s assets.

Despite these issues, the store has a lot of untapped potential. Although it’s relatively small, better organization, a refreshed layout, and perhaps more stock could significantly improve the shopping experience.

Clearly messing with people’s health ....I understand we are at difficult times right now but to say Disappointed with my experience would be a understatement I chose to get my prescription from the pharmacy as it’s close to my work I have had nothing but problems with collecting my prescription always seems to be a problem having to be put through unnecessary stress given emergency pills due to mine not being dealt with properly was advised to put my repeat order in a week before I was due to run out and this is what I had done every time I contacted the pharmacy I was told different excuses and the last excuse I was told I would be ok to not take my pills for a few days until it would be ready And I would be contacted by message I felt this was wrong and a pharmacist should not be advising me of this I chose to ignore this and seek more advice which I was told this should not of been said and very unprofessional of the pharmacist that they should be reported I have only just been informed my prescription is ready to be collected one month after I put my order I can safely say I will never use this boots...
