There is a horrible nail shop when you first enter the market on the right, horrible service. At first I thought i would give the place a chance and I asked for the standard nail service and was denied it. Even when I raised my concerns about how the manicure was going and she told me that, ‘that’s not how they do things around here’ I wanted longer nails rather than acrylic on my natural nail which they had cut down. Normally during service they would cut your nails so they could add the fake nail on and then do acrylic but they skipped the fake nail and when I raised my concerns she told me that it was too late and they knew I wasn’t from around that area so they took advantage of me. Also I said it was okay to finish the service but the paint they used was running out to it was stringy and the overall shape and buffer of my nail was not clean, to be honest kind of lumpy. Theirs a churros shop...made with love,and pride..fresh batter,and the ice-cream even deserves five star ..no compromise in cheap ingredients...the ice-cream has real dairy,as opposed to a lot of the vendors opting for powdered cream...as for the churros made to order,so be patient to get the best churros in Peckham

Read moreThis was my first time visiting Rye Lane Market and the amount of choice is wonderful! There are so many interesting new businesses and eateries, I didn't know where to start. I had an incredible meal at El Sabor Salvadoreño - the food was amazing and the positive energy and sense of community was lovely to be around. I also enjoyed the best coffee I've had in London at a cute Ecuadorian café - I hope to be back to try the food there as well. Everyone is super friendly, and there is a real family feel here...
