I went to your store today by reaching gallons. Among these, 2 separate receipts were purchased, one was from the products in the departments, the other was perfume and electronic products, I made a purchase of almost 450 / 500 pounds, you can also see it in the bots sections, my son had an intensive dental treatment process, I bought a good electronic toothbrush that was discounted in this way, I came home, I opened the box, the toothbrush was used, it was cleaned and put inside, but the other parts were in bags, I couldn't believe it I had to go to the store again in the evening and explained the situation to the store manager lady, I told her that my English was not good and I asked her to help me through translator, she was extremely rude, her face was sullen, she did not want to help, I wanted your world to be clean, the discount was over, she could not give me a new one, and this was my right, I was victimized, I had to come here again. I said this is not my responsibility, she said get your money back, she said there is no product, I said bring from another store, I will buy from here, she said there is no product either, as you can understand, I paid money, I thought we received a product and service, and I was the one who got tired, upset and worn out, so I will return all the other products I bought tomorrow morning and I will not shop from here again, and also, they added 3/5 pounds points, she even took that, lady, it is not a problem for me if you lose customers who shop properly like us... it means the quality of your corporate identity is like this, I do not think you are a brand that is as corporate as they say and stands behind your products, unfortunately, whatever electronic product you buy, please check it, then you will be victimized...

Really poor pharmacy service.

My doctor called me to let me know that they had sent my prescription to the pharmacy and I would be able to collect it.

When I turned up, the pharmacist on weekend duty said that he had been instructed by the head pharmacist, Binta, to not give me my full prescription. He said he could only give me 7 days' supply of my 3 month prescription. And I would have to return a few days later to buy the rest of it. The reason given was that they needed my doctor to post them a physical prescription even though they had already received an email copy from the doctor's office and spoken to them. This was apparently because I had used a private doctor.

It was a completely ridiculous and surreal situation. The pharmacist was standing there with an actual printout of the full prescription saying he could not give me the full prescription. To be fair to him, he really seemed between a rock and a hard place and even rang up the main pharmacist, Binta, to confirm her “orders”. She apparently insisted that they could give me 7 days only and I would have to make another trip for the rest of the medicine when the post arrived.

I left the store annoyed , and without my prescription. I immediately contacted my doctor to get the prescription sent to a different pharmacy with more sensible procedures as I realised it was totally futile to try and reason with this bonkers “pharmacy”.

All I wanted was prescription strength hay fever medication and I was made to feel like a drug-seeking prescription forger by this...

Pharmacy is useless.went for jabs,2 appointments,they couldn't find one in the system even though we had the proof on screenshot.spent half an hour waiting for someone to find the appointment, they didn't.The pharmacist gave me the jab but they said that my husband's appointment is not on their system but they have some flu jabs coming from Barking branch and should get there anytime.Asked for phone number to call us when they get there,we agreed,went to do some shopping then waiting again and waiting, just to see the lady pharmacist going away in a car after 1 hour of waiting in our car.around 1pm.my husband went inside to ask the guy (he was there for all the conversation about the vaccine) he said he needs to go to his break,from 1 till 3pm .shocking.So the pharmacist went to lunch and of course we left.nobody called us back,totally useless people, unprofessional behaviour. Considering that we had 2 children with us ,there was no point in making us wait for 1hour when she knew that there are no jabs coming.We could have made another appointment for another day. So if you need jabs they are useless. Another very very red flag that I noticed,there was a cable from a charger stuck in the fridge door ,the fridge where they keep the covid and flu vaccines so obviously the temp is not going to be the one that should be.The vaccines are supposed to stay on a specific temp so now I'm actually worried about the jab that I had.Never again.Will go to Lloyd's pharmacy as I did year after year,bad choice this...
