READ THIS REALITY REVIEW BEFORE YOU VISIT ! oh my god. this is disgusting. words cant describe. first of all, as soon as we got in we asked for our food , like anyone would normally . we sat down and waited for our food, flies flying around everywhere around us and we cant even sit down in peace ! food received, the food is hard… stale cold… tasted awful. even my cousins had been here and said that it was never this bad. gladly we got the food refunded back hot instead. that was fine. soon after we had received our other food. im going to attach a few videos of how close the flies were to our food. we kept complaining . we couldnt even eat. if you know me , im known for getting tons of views on my pictures from my reviews and i think this should be acknowledged. even the people next to us were complaining and talking to us about how the flies were going everywhere. they went all over the food, the chips, on the straws, on the dessert that my friend had also ordered prior. we had got the manager , and told them about how it was unhygienic and horrid. he offered us a refund of wings , and we said no because it was that bad . it was actually MY family’s first time. i am never ever going back. eventually, the people next to us had filed an email to the manager. then , they had shut down our area where all the flies were after our complaint. for context , it was at the back near the “crew” only area. managers did not care either. the drinks had no taste. sprite tasted like bitter water. no more coke cause it was unavailable. dr pepper tasted watery aswell , no taste no fizz nothing. i felt like throwing up. we had lovisiana rub, mango habanero, bbq, original, atomic, lemon and pepper and brazillian citrus. voodoo fries . most of it was overseasoned. atomic tasted like raw chilli. lovisiana rub , alright. bbq , too sweet. mango hab, no spice and all sweet. like honey. ew. original tasted like normal chicken. lemon and pepper, also basic. voodoo fries, tasted like literal masala powder in my mouth. brazillian citrus, tasted disgusting and as if they made it with their feet. it was so bad. so much lemon. watery. nasty as hell. solid wings. i honestly dont understand the hype of their ranch. honestly, i dont know if it was only us but this has been my worst experience ever. wingstop, do a better job. we expected more. 100 pounds for fly food. sorry , wish i could add videos. but it didnt work. awful, service , disgusting food, and worst atmosphere. The restaurant specialises in a wide range of chicken wings, both bone-in and boneless, and tenders. The menu includes burgers, complemented by a selection of sides such as fries. They also offer unlimited drinks and serve Churros for dessert.
Their Wing Stop Style Fries were absolutely scrumptious, a real treat. The Buffalo Ranch Loaded Fries, however, were a bit of a letdown. They were alright, but they lacked any loaded chicken or beef. The bottomless drinks machine was like a magician's hat, pulling out "thousands" of different fizzy drinks and teas. A real spectacle!
The star of the show at Wingstop Beckton is undoubtedly the flavours of the wings. They have got 10 different ones, ranging from mild to medium to hot.
There is some parking right in front of the Wing Stop, but it is a bit of a hassle due to the shared exit and entrance with McDonald's. I would recommend parking at the nearby Galleons Reach parking areas and walking over. It will save you a lot of time and frustration.
The prices, however, are a bit steep. For the same amount, I could get more value at KFC. But for a special treat, Wing Stop is a great place to indulge your taste buds with their amazing flavoured wings and drinks.
Whilst there are toilets on-site, they are situated on the first floor, and regrettably, I was not able to identify any lifts to accommodate individuals who might struggle with stairs. There were noticeable issues with cleanliness, including a notable presence of bugs, insects, flies, and dust. I voiced these concerns to a member of staff, yet my worries seemed to be dismissed offhand. Despite a considerable number of employees, there were moments when the restaurant floor appeared unattended, which I found rather exasperating. On a more positive note, the service was expedient, with food arriving in a timely manner.
I must note, however, that the disabled parking bays were being utilised as makeshift storage for commercial bins, rendering parking unfeasible. The immediate surroundings were plagued with refuse, giving off an unpleasant odour. Read moreI visited this branch yesterday and it was a terrible experience. After queuing for a long time (obviously no one can help this, so be prepared for this to happen if you visit ) we finally got to the till. The employee was really nice. She was really helpful, she was especially patient even though it was nearly 11pm. However, my issue is with the food and not the service. The staff were really nice. However, this branch had really noisy music playing. As well as this there was so many people in the building which made it even more noisy. I still have a headache today from the noise I had to endure for over an hour. I had to wait 45 minutes for my food. I was watching the kitchen staff scramble about with no idea of what they should we doing. Wingstop head office seriously need to review how this branch is even running. It is not the fault of the employees in the branch. Wingstop head office needs to send in expedited staff members to ensure that the branch js running smoothly. I honestly feel bad for the employees because of the lack of support they were getting from wingstop head office/their workplace. I finally received my food after waiting for 45 minutes and it was completely cold and old. It was like it had been on the counter all day. This is because maybe it actually had been. I watched the wingstop employees have 15+ on the counter waiting to be delivered, However, none of them knew what was what and where it was going. I asked the staff for a refund, and they were happy to do as understandably the food was very cold and old looking. However, they did not do anything else other than refund me.
