Subway — Restaurant in London

If this is how subway has become then, it’s not for me anymore! It’s looks like it’s been upgraded to a new self-service kiosk, they are rubbish much prefer the old way. They have blocked the view of the food your can’t tell them what you want which I think was a lot better and quicker, also stops them skimping on making the sub.

They messed my order up twice! I ordered the footlong meatballs sub with double cheese (£1 extra) with side order of cheese bites (5)

It took much longer for the order to be made, watching them make the order looked like they was so unorganised. When I got my order got to my car started to bite into the cheese bite and noticed they were stone cold with the source freezing! Went back to the store told them about it they said they would do a new one with extra, was watching them make it and reheat it but clearly they fobbed me off, all they did was put 3 extra hot ones in the box that had the cold ones still in it 😡 told them that I didn’t want that as all they did was top it off with 3 warms ones told them I wanted a new box done heated up with extra they gave me another box but only put 5 (so much for the extra)

Started having my sub and noticed there was hardly any cheese, shocking won’t be going back there anymore.

Stay away there are better stores out there! Well,...

Mate...seen bug's life the movie? Come, see it in live action. Fly's make an excellent addition to this shop and are apart of the staff

Come, bring your friends and see the fly's jump all over your food and bread. They come in swarms and can be seen are all over the salad bar, where one will jump on your sandwich as it did mine. :)

What a treat, I'm surprised they don't have a adopt a fly service in this shop. Bruv... What a farce. There were fly's on the tables, in the salad bar (which was uncovered) and all over the shop.

And all the staff do is look at them. Clearly they have bribed the health and safety inspectors who came to the shop better yet... I have alerted Pest control for you

The food might taste different after they come spray the food but will be worth it. With all them fly eggs in your food

The manager served me and he had thick layer of dead skin/dandruff on his shoulders. Unfortunately, He made my sandwich and each time he leant across to grab the ingredients I prayed the dead/dandruff did not drop off onto my sandwich. To say I was put off and frustrated is an understatement. Why are staff not wearing hairnets? And from a Manager too? What hope can you have from the rest of the staff for hygiene! Management & franchisee owner please please sort this out! Great location so would be annoying to have to avoid this establishment. Also why have covered the glass with the stickers, to skimp on the fillings ? I’ve had to catch the staff out through the gaps in the stickers. It’s all unfair and unacceptable!...
