I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had at your restaurant. I have been a regular customer and have always enjoyed the food and ambiance at your establishment, but unfortunately, my last visit left me feeling upset and disheartened.
Upon entering your restaurant, I approached the counter to place my order, following the menu displayed, which clearly included the item I desired. However, the staff member who took my order repeatedly stated that you don't offer that item, despite it being on the menu. This was confusing and frustrating, as I have ordered it before without any issues.
What made matters worse was the staff member's demeanor and attitude. He was rude and intimidating during the entire interaction, which made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable in your establishment. Additionally, when I requested a receipt for my order, he claimed that the machine was not working, which seemed rather convenient and further added to my dissatisfaction.
I must express my concern about the possibility of prejudice being involved in this situation. I cannot help but feel that the staff member treated me differently because of who I am, which is deeply disheartening. As a loyal customer, I believe that everyone should be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background or appearance.
I genuinely hope that this was an isolated incident and not indicative of the overall culture of your restaurant. However, I urge you to take this matter seriously and address the behavior of the staff involved. Customer satisfaction and inclusivity should be paramount for any business, and I trust that you share the same values.
I sincerely hope that improvements will be made to ensure that all customers are treated with kindness, respect, and fairness. I would like to continue patronizing your establishment, but I need assurance that such incidents will not recur. I believe that everyone deserves a positive dining experience, and I hope you will take the necessary steps to achieve this.

Read moreDate of Visit: 8th June, around 7:30 PM I visited your establishment with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and off-putting. Here are the issues we encountered:
The tables were dirty and sticky, there was food and tissues on the floor, and the floor itself was wet, making it difficult for my children and me to sit down. The entire shop was a mess, and it seemed like no effort was going to be made in cleaning or tidying the mess away.
One staff member was particularly rude and displayed a poor attitude, showing no interest in getting the table and floor cleaned despite our requests. She seemed as though she did not care about our request and had no intentions of actually putting in the effort or displaying basic ettiqutes and characteristics of customer service. It was clear they were understaffed, but there is no need to show attitude and at least try to help out to the best of your ability.
Although my wife requested assistance several times, a staff member clearly saw me and my kids standing and chose to clean other tables instead of addressing our needs.
Having our own experiences and owning our own cafe, this was the most dirty, disgusting, and disgraceful place I have ever seen and visited. We eventually decided to leave without dining as our table and chair still were dirty after the cleaner effortlessly wiped it. Ordered karak chai (tasty), samosa chaat and masala chips to eat in.
Samosa chaat - portion was tiny and overloaded with yogurt/tamarind, made it way too saucy and tangy, barely could taste the actual samosa. It was also placed in what looked like a to-go box, which is strange because I requested eat in?
‘Masala’ chips - ketchup is spicier than this. I have NO idea how this is sold as masala chips it’s absolutely ridiculous! Soggy chips tosed in maybe a teaspoon of some kind of tomato sauce with NO spice whatsoever, and a few green onions to garnish😳 the worst I’ve ever tasted! A complete 0/10!! Also the holder it comes in is a bit silly and impractical to eat from, you have to fold the unnecessarily excess tissue paper back and dig in from the top because it’s so high/tall.
Also, there were 2 guys cleaning the windows and light bulbs while people were eating. Bit odd that there’d be such a deep clean during opening hours and customers around? They were standing on chairs and wiping the light bulbs (there’s loads), which I found gross as the dust would be flying around.
It was empty when I arrived, (people started coming in soon after) but there were a LOT of tables/booths which had rubbish leftover from previous customers, also food and tissues visibly thrown on the floor and not cleaned up.
