Borough — Local services in London

Awful experience yesterday night at Borough tube station, me and y frieend entered the station at aroud 1.40am as the gate was still opened, we saw other people entering and there wasn't any advertisements stating that the last train was gone and as soon as we arrived downstairs to wait for the tube to come we were told to go back upstairs as there were no more train passing from this station. So we ended up paying 2.70 pounds for entering and exiting the station without using any service. When I tried to ask to have a refund to the person assisting upstairs, he repeated that the statio was closed raising his voice at me and not letting me even finish my sentence. Awful costumer service. As usual TFL is quick to take moneys from people but not as quick to offer a decent service to the citizens.

We couldn't use the metro because we were a rather large group and there were not enough cards to pay for all of us (there's a time limit in between each transaction and we were in a bit of a rush), but on that station we found Richard whom was of great help and even more patient explaining to us the options we had. Borough is a fantastic place to visit with many major attractions including: The Tate Modern art gallery, Borough Market, Mercato Metropolitano (street food, drink and music) and the Guys Operating Theatre Museum and Herb Garrett.
