Disgusting level of customer service... I had an appointment booked at 3.00pm today....I arrived at the salon at 3.04...and the beautician refused to provide the treatment saying every min counts and I need to close the saloon at 3:30pm...she said the treatment would take her 45 mins in total because she will need to wait till i get changed and then pay her..I said i booked through treatwell and got a message from yourselves saying its a 30 mins appointment starting at 3:00pm ...nowhere does it mention 45 mins...I don't get this...she proposed to provide me half the treatment...absolutely disgusting level of customer service....I have never experienced this...especially if there are no follow up appointments...avoid this place at all costs...0 professionalism or customer service....if it was such an issue I should have been called by the saloon asking me to arrive 15...

First time was ok, second time I had to wait for 30 minutes despite having made a booking, las one was a disaster as she cut my middle finger when removing the cuticules.. not even sure how this happened (picture below) as the cut was way below the cuticules area... leaving the finger bleeding for a few minutes while I was offered almond oil to stop the bleeding... This never happened to me in any other nail bar. My finger now looks all swollen and hurts when taking a shower and looks absolutely awful! That did cost me £35.. absolute disaster Definitely not recommended, there are plenty of other nail bars in the area that offer a better service Avoid...
Read moreUPDATE: The salon contacted me to apologise and arrange for a complementary manicure to fix the problem. The manicurist was very apologetic and careful to make sure I didn't have issues again - it's good to find a place that cares about customer service. And I'm happy to say my nails are chip free a week later.
