Having read reviews about the rude service, was hoping it would be not as bad as reviewers have written. Have brought lottery tickets in the past with no problem. Today I wanted to use the print label and drop off Amazon returns via Hermes. It was unfortunate the old rude and unhelpful woman was sat at the counter, she said she couldn't take the return and I need a larger envelope, then pointed at the Hermes poster.

I also had 2 lottery tickets with a £5.40 pay out, was told they have no money. I said customers can only buy lottery tickets but not receive a pay out. Yes was her reply. Hermes shouldn't use them as she does not understand the role of customer service and needs to find another job that does not involve dealing with the public.

Had the most awful experience here today. I am 6 months pregnant and walked a long while with a heavy parcel only to be told by the extremely rude lady at the till that Hermes does not accept parcels in black bags. I have never heard this before and did not understand the logic. It was simply the delivery bag turned inside out, not a bin bag! She could not explain why and just rudely told me to come back with a different coloured bag. I even pleaded for her to make an exception to this ridiculous rule as it is difficult for me to keep going back and forth especially in this time and I was ignored. I would never use this place for parcels or for anything else. Shame on you for treating...

awful experience! if u a dropping off an EVRI parcel just avoid going at all cost! after 20 mins walk with a 8kg parcel. the guy is saying we don’t take your parcel it’s too big. Great! I had to waste money to take a bus to drop off in another drop off point which it’s 1.5 miles away! IF YOU ONLY selective let people to drop off the parcel just remove the bloody location! as this is not the first time it’s been 5 times you refuse taking my parcel no matter small size or big, either giving excuse saying we don’t take parcel after 8pm or we don’t take parcel today or the machine...
