So far, I have been to this shop twice on the recommendation of a good friend and I have yet to be truly disappointed. The staff have an excellent knowledge of cigars and are incredibly helpful and the range of cigars, pipes sand pipe tobacco means that anyone can find a favourite. On my most recent visit, I met Martin and Alberto, having already met Eddy on my first visit. They were incredibly helpful, especially in accommodating my wheelchair. I was able to access the walk in humidor and see the range that they stock. I was also informed that due to an exemption, I would be able to sample one of my cigars there so that is what I did. The cigar was truly excellent, having been picked by an employee to ensure that it would have a good draw. After smoking for a little while, a female employee whose name I don't know came to me to tell me that I shouldn't be staying there for that long. She said that in future I should go elsewhere to a cigar lounge at the Bulgari Hotel. Being hurried along is fine when there is a good reason for it, but as far as I could tell, there was no one else wanting to sit in the chair that I was taking up and I couldn't exactly leave the place while still smoking the cigar since my wheelchair relies on my hands being free. Also, it was raining quite heavily at this point. I left the rest of my cigar, said my goodbyes and left. I'm sure that this won't put me off visiting again, as I am searching for the perfect pipe tobacco to suit me, but I might be a little uncomfortable with sampling cigars there in future. Otherwise, I was very happy. The staff, especially Alberto, Leo, and Martin, were all...

I was introduced to this store via YouTube research and upon being there, my overall grade for this store is: A

If you've read my review on Biggs Cigar Mansion in Chicago, this place is on par with the selection and quality of their products. Their selection of fine cigars from all over the world is excellent. The store is immaculate and the location is perfect for those that are shopping in central London.

The employees know their cigars and can speak to every type of cigar smoker.

According to YouTube, there are 2 chairs where one can smoke a cigar. At the time, they were both empty, and when I inquired about enjoying my cigar there, I was told that due to COVID, no one was allowed to smoke in the store. So instead, I took my cigar outside to the cafe next door and enjoyed my cigar there - no problem.

The only curious thing is that since I was in the area for 1 week straight, there were at least 2 times when I walked past the store and saw people smoking inside the store in those 2 chairs. Hmm...

The only reason I did not give this store an A+ rating, is due to my inability to enjoy my cigar in what I understood were the cigar smoking friendly chairs. Maybe next time.

I did find an indoor location to enjoy cigars, within a couple of hundred meters - the Ritz Cigar Lounge just around the corner - look for my review on that.

If you enjoy cigars or have someone in your life that does, you will do very well by visiting this store. It's a...

Davidoff of London is nothing short of a symphony of elegance, where timeless sophistication meets modern indulgence. From the moment you step inside, you are enveloped by an air of refined luxury—mahogany hues, velvet accents, and the unmistakable aroma of the finest cigars from around the globe. The ambiance, both intimate and grand, creates the perfect setting for savoring life’s most exquisite pleasures.

As I lit the first of many Davidoff masterpieces, each cigar unveiled itself like a well-crafted tale—layer upon layer of complexity, rich in texture, depth, and soul. Every draw was a dance of perfection; the smooth notes of cedar, spice, and earth mingled in perfect harmony, leaving a lingering, delicate sweetness on the palate that beckoned for more.

The charm of this lounge, however, lies not only in its impeccable cigars but in the undeniable warmth of the experience. Every moment here felt like a celebration of the senses—a quiet yet daring indulgence in the art of slowing down and simply being. The staff, with their expert knowledge and grace, curated moments that transcended time itself.

If time permits, I would return to this haven of taste and tranquility in a heartbeat, for Davidoff of London is not just a destination, but a memory etched in elegance—a reminder of life’s most exquisite and...

As a keen cigar smoker and also social media follower of Edward & Eddie Sahakian, I had to visit Davidoff when in London on other business. I was fortunate enough to meet Edward and also Max Folkes. Absolute gentlemen! It was a pleasure to peruse and purchase from their fantastic selection and I must say a huge thanks to Edward for the gift. This cigar shop is so welcoming, the staff are wonderful and to find Edward sitting in one of the now famous leather chairs was a joy. I will definitely return on any opportunity and would advise any smoker to pop in and visit the wonderful humidor. I managed to trap Max in there with me and thoroughly enjoyed our chat! Even if you’re not an experienced smoker, or smoker at all I would recommend visiting to say hello as they have other fantastic accessories (wallets, umbrellas, etc.). A truly wonderful shop, incredible welcoming atmosphere! Thank you Edward and Max!!

I have wanted to come to Davidoff of London for a long time - I’ve been watching Mr Eddie and Edward on YouTube for a long time. Let me just say - what an experience! The selection of cigars, the vibe of the store and the customer service was absolutely top tier 🤌 I came in wanted to be served by Eddie and Edward of course, but they were not in store. But let me just say I was served by a gentleman called Abi and he was fantastic. His knowledge on cigars and the selection he picked out for me was second to none (the Bolivar Royal Coronas and Montecristo Dumas especially was amazing). The selection of cigars and accessories (I bought a Fallon airtight cigar holder) are second to none. If Eddie and Edward aren’t available - ask for Mr Abi! Highly recommend this store - best cigar shop in London by far. I will definitely be going again. What a pleasure

A visit to London simply wouldn’t be complete without stopping by Davidoff of London. The buying experience here is nothing short of exceptional, and the level of customer service is truly unparalleled. Edward and Eddie are the epitome of professionalism and charm—it was a genuine pleasure meeting them. They went above and beyond to make the experience memorable, even taking great care of my partner while I had the chance to browse their impressive humidor. This level of attentiveness and care is rare to find, and it makes Davidoff of London a standout destination for cigar enthusiasts. I can’t wait to return on my next trip to the city! Highly recommended. Regars, Sebastian (a fan of the Kirby Alison episodes with the Sahakian's)
