Diego Private Events — Local services in London

It was our Ruby wedding anniversary and I was in panic as no restaurants were open due to COVID-19. My son suggested we get a private chef! I had no choice. I must admit I googled I was at my wits end as they are so many links. By chance I clicked on Diego Mayoral. I was nervous as this was the first time we had had a private chef. However, I went with my gut feeling and contacted him. He sent me a list of choices including children’s menu. He was punctual, professional, easy to get along with and friendly. He is someone I had never met before but I trusted him and left him in our home as we had to go to church. When we came back canapes were flowing endlessly. Very tasty and artistically created. We had a four course meal and each course was absolutely delicious. We even had a choice of two desserts! And to cap it all, he prepared evening snacks to see us through the rest of the evening! He left our kitchen impeccable. He made our anniversary something to remember always. His service was excellent. He brought the five star restaurant in our home. I am so glad I picked him. We are self confessed foodies having dined at many reputable restaurants around the world. We booked private chef Diego a few nights ago to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Tbh - we were a little nervous having only discovered him online and could only hope that he was going to be genuine and trust-worthy, with impeccable service and food as we would expect. Diego took the time to calm my fears well in advance of the date, offering us menu solutions and sending a comprehensive facilities form prior to attending. From the moment we opened the door, he was courteous, conscious and delivered THE most amazing cuisine. All of the ingredients used were excellent tasting locally sourced produce. We are so proud to have met this talented award winning young chef who we look forward to using again and again!

Btw...the scallops were absolutely mouth watering, the fillet cooked to perfection...and the cheese board selection....so yummy and moreish...needless to say we ate...

I was looking to do a 40th Birthday meal at my home for my wife. I found Diego by google search and it was always a risk to take. However, it really paid off well. The event itself was brilliant, but only thanks to Diego! Not only because the food was ridiculously amazing, but also because Diego puts a lot of thought and experience into it and he took a massive pressure off my hands. We had an initial meeting at my house, a few days before and even at that moment, i knew i was going to be in safe hands. You can tell that Diego puts a lot of thought and passion into his work and this is what makes him produce a 10 out of 10 service and meals. Even days leading up to the event, he stayed in touch and was quick to respond with any queries.
