Great shop lovely staff great selection of things on offer but disgusting rude obnoxious, security Gard, that thinks he's above the law because he refused to share his ID to the public when requested. I asked him a civil question about why he feels that he doesn't trust me as he was clocking me all the time I was there. He got very rude and abrupt with me. Don't know who he thinks he is. Very bad experience with the manager of the store who clearly doesn't like working there, her body language and energy was that of someone annoyed to be trouble and couldn't be bothered to resolve a simple refund if I could of recorded the way she was trying to scan the receipt it was diabolical.
