Golf Kingdom — Local services in London

Have visited Golf Kingdom a few times before and have always had a fun time - course is clean and generally has a nice atmosphere.

Unfortunately had an awful experience with a customer service person (who didn’t tell me her name) on the phone when enquiring to see if it was possible to alter a booking for another day.

This turned out to not be possible, which is absolutely fine. However, the lady on the phone spoke with an awful, sassy attitude. I had to reiterate what I was asking multiple times, and because of this she called me rude, continuously and repetitively. This remark put me on the defensive, and led to an argument on the phone over something incredibly simple. Rather than a simple ‘sorry ma’am, it isn’t possible’, she chose to insult me and argue about it.

It’s unfortunate that this is an experience we’ve had from Golf Kingdom, since our visits have always been great. I don’t know if you have an office with Customer Service Advisors, or this was someone who answered the phone while working on the floor, but a conversation like that was not what I expected to have this morning 😂

Please don’t let this review put you off visiting, just don’t ring their customer support number without expecting a rude and poorly trained individual to answer.

If we rate for the golf fun with little one , it’s a fun place for few hours ! But the reason I am rating 2 star is the horror touch they tried to give in the cave part almost at the end! If they made this place from 4 years old , I do not understand the reason to add a horror touch (which definitely isn’t suitable for kids)!!! There is no warning before this, my 5 years old was standing next to the door and all of a sudden a massive horrific sound “ take me out” came and the door started to bang and move as if someone ( ghost ) pulling it !!! All the fun went into vein , that night he kept waking up Bcz he was so scared! All the horror places have age limit and there is a reason for that , so if you are creating a fun place for age 4 onward why did you add this bit which is totally pointless !! I have no idea how there is check and balance from authority of such places if they actually r suitable for the age limit they r mentioning 🙄 Never will visit again to get the horrific...

Came to Golf kingdom driving range on Tuesday 6th October around 6.30pm 7.00pm to find a queue for the range. Was 4 people in front which was not an issue. Walked in to speak to staff on desk to be told there is around 45 minutes wait as people have booked. I asked how to prebook and could not answer. I looked online and no feature to book online. I noticed people turning up during the time I was waiting and heard they are members of the range. Also, people already on the range were refilling buckets during this time which is disappointing for those waiting. Looking through the glass could see multiple bays free. People in front left during this time and safe to say, 45 minutes came and no one went in. Ended up leaving. Have to say, I cannot even call this a bad experience as did not even get through the front door so can only say about waiting in the car park. Checked website once more, NO BOOKING SYSTEM. Will I return? Only if I want to stand in...
