I recently dined at this restaurant and ordered the 1 kg lamb namak mandi for three people as we are meat lovers. When placing the order for 1kg namak Mandi, the server (lady) suspiciously asked how many are we when she could clearly see there were 3 of us, which made me doubt the portion size and i told my friend straight away before the food even comes that they will be definitely reduced portion size. Unfortunately, I was right; the dish did not look like it contained 1 kg at all. We even had to ask her again to confirm if it was truly 1 kg or possibly half that amount, as the serving was quite small for 1kg. To add to my disappointment, there were more bones than meat. I've been coming here for years, and this experience was quite disheartening. I hope they can improve the portion size and avoid bones in the future. Attached photo for you reference

I had one of the worst experience in the London. First time went there with friends and order one dish according to the description but we got totally different dish. In the dish it mentioned that it's included ginger, Olives , potatoes, tomato but it doesn't have anything. And we wanted to change it because it's smells like raw meat .Then we called one hijabi lady for an explanation she started accusing us that that's how we served this dish if you like it or not we can't change it. She was very rude and the tone she was using is not good at all .All of us got really upset and left without eating. So the business owner one advice please hire a good staff because it's affecting your image. We came here because we heard such a good things about this restaurant but never going to come here again. Not recommended at all.

Some of the most loveliest food I've had in a while. Mixed Grill, Kabuli Pilau, Platters, Naans, Lamb and Chicken Curry. 👌🏽 It isn't the best looking place but the food is on point. They were nice enough to bring out the fish bites quickly as most of us hadn't eaten since breakfast. Sometimes it isn't the best looking places that serve great food and this didn't fall short. Not read any of the prior reviews but did see the 3.7 it had (6/10/21). Wasn't really bothered about that more interested in trying out Afghani cuisine, which I hadn't for a very long time, and it was really nice. One thing to note is that there are raised seating areas on the floor if you'd like to experience the traditional way of eating from this region. Definitely worth a visit.

Worst restaurant I have never been to a restaurant worse than this place. No one to welcome or to say hello. Tables were dirty and no one to clear them. I understand if they were busy it happens. Food came after 45 minutes .

Food was below average and overly price as compared to portion size ; oil was floating on the dishes. Meat was undercooked and there was a hair on the starters plate. Shown it to staff but they were not bothered. Manager was arguing instead of being apologetic. I asked for least spicy food and the food was very very spicy despite my request. No tap water service and they CHARGE for ICE. Yes, that’s correct; Customers have to pay for ice. The owner/ incharge was treating his staff with so much disrespect. He was shouting on kitchen staff and the front staff as well . He was arguing and fighting over a meagre extra charge for butter Naan ( ordered plain naan) though the service staff accepted his mistake for wrong order. No hospitality from manager. Waiting staff were still courteous. I have been to many many Dine in restaurants but this place was a sheer disappointment. Sorry but it’s a Fact. I would not recommend it to anyone.

They just lost another customer and possibly many more. A big NO

I won’t be going back EVER AGAIN. Do not waste your money. “Wow” in response to my feedback you are putting a blame on me !!! That’s expected from your side . I wish you could have shown some hospitality and this “ Fake politeness “ during our visit. I have proof. I have also shown the hair on the plate to your Staff Asma and Shahrukh. My issue was wrongly charged for butter naans because of your staff’s mistake. It was a small amount of £3/- but you fought over it so I asked you to CHARGE me full amount. We didn’t come to your restaurant for discount. We were expecting good food and good service. It was not our table but other table guests weren’t happy with your service and food. Our next table even almost walked out as they waited for food for more than an hour. They gave them 5 minutes warning before walking out. I don’t have to do this CHEAP things to get discount like you were doing and are doing on this platform. It’s a Shame. I was your customer not brother - can’t expect any professionalism from you. No worries. What goes around...

As a disabled person this restaurant is a disgrace to all the disabled people out there. I went there for my daughters birthday and I had to drive to almost two hours to get here. In my mind I thought that the journey didn’t matter because of where we were going. Firstly this restaurant claims to be a Afghani restaurant but this is a Pakistani scam restaurant. When I entered I saw the tables and because of my disability I wanted to sit there. I asked to sit but they were apparently reserved. Later I found out that this reserved table was only reserved for the manager by the manager. He was eating so disgustingly I felt humiliated. I was made to sit in the hard wide floor where my condition seems to have gotten worser. They charged me according to the food weight however I think they included the sauce pots and the salad pots in the weight too. The salad here means you only only get red onion and few pieces of cucumbers. The naan was so crusty you had to battle to get the soft bit. If you have any disability please avoid this place or you will discriminated by the manager. The manager will sit down in front of you on the reserved table with his food watching Pakistani war politics while you eat I had lots of invited guests and it was embarrassing since they had to sit down and weren’t offered a place in the table. The manager will take your order and harass you to take more food to increase his sales. The manger has written all the good reviews and his family also wore the good ones too. I think he is having a vendetta against disabled people like me. I feel ashamed to face my guests, after such an event. 0 stars feels too...

Absolute ripper/ covid-19 prices. Avoid this restaurant.

I went to the restaurant last night along with my friends and ordered some food keeping in mind that £10 off per person. We ordered half kg chiken karahi 2 portion of chapli kabab And 2 portion of kabli palaoo. We were charged £97 after taking off £30 we paid £67.

I believe the owner have made a separate menu with his own choice prices and the prices are almost double which he is charging from the customers plus he is going to claim the half bill from the gov according to the help to eat scheme.

When we asked for the bill to produce he simply gave us the menu and told us to check it from the menu and do your own calculations. Customer service from the owner is rubbish but the girl who works in their is absolutely awesome and works really hard can’t deny that.

When we checked the prices we were charged Half kg chicken karahi £18 ( i mean which restaurant in green street will charge £18 for half kg chicken karahi ?

Kabli palao £14 for small portions 🙄🙄🙄 rippers owner

Amd for small pieces pf chapli kabab he charged us £10 per portion which I believe the sizes was of chapli labab was very small for the price we got charged.

And you wouldn’t believe he charged us £3 for single piece of naan ? 😵😵😵 i mean seriously? £3 for a naan? I complaint about the prices and his reaction wasn’t good at all.

I’m going to complain to the food authority plus to the local council about this as well. Because he is charging double prices than normal in this month of august. People like him are taking advantage of such situation like this. Shame...
