Jo Malone London — Local services in London

I love Jo Malone and I am a very regular customer. Have been into many stores and the service has always been great. However today I went into the St Pancras store with my mum as we had some time to pass before her train. I was looking to just browse and find a new scent for my next purchase. From the moment we walked in - we were the only customers. One member of staff and one security member.

I expected a friendly greeting, and for someone to say “if there’s anything I can help you with today I’m just over here”. The store is tiny so it would have been easy for me to just shout over that I wanted some advice.

However instead the shop assistant treated me and my mum like thieves. She refused to leave us and interrupted us twice. On both occasions I said very firmly and clearly that we were just browsing. It would have been clear to anyone that I did not want advice in that moment. Even after my second attempt to tell her to leave us to browse in peace , she insisted on standing about 2-3ft away from us. Even pretended to be dusting a shelf next to us.

I have never been made to feel like that ever from being in a shop. So rude, the fact that person is trusted to be in a store on her own is disappointing as surely she will have had training from other staff on how to deliver service. If she has, then she needs...

I just wanted to leave a well deserved review about my experience shopping at your store based at St Pancras Station on 4/5/2022.

Even though, I simply wanted to window shop as I was on my way to a facial appointment and was super early. Rather than being caught in the rain, I decided to enter one of my top 4 essential Luxury fragrance stores. I was greeted by (Mattia) who, may I say was super attentive to all customers (including me) and acknowledged everyone who walked in. The service was second to none and very insightful. What I love and look for is someone who understands the brand and products they work with and can literally recommend what combinations work well together. I LOVED how descriptive he was with the scents which made me feel very naustaligic. I will definitely travel to this storr again just for the high level of service.

Best experience ever, which left me purchasing 3 items and adding to my ever growing Jo malone collection....

I was served with fabulous product info today by Mattia ?? so much so, I bought two titles from the new range together, then left the shop , but promptly turned around and purchased a third bottle .. I’ve had a bad few months our home was flooded .. no one can know the Hidden pain behind a smile .. My server today totally brightened my spirits …

I visit St Pancras Jo Malone every single time i pass through the station, they let me spray to rid myself of public train smells .. with this in mind I have been encouraged by the lovely scents I have used to return after a few hours to make repeated purchases of these lovely perfumes ❤️❤️❤️ On many many occasions travelling home on the train , I have been complimented by comments from public people … including two policeman !!! who have all said you smell amazing “ what is it “ Jo Malone i reply with a huge...
