Kensington Palace Shop really stands by their products, and the staff was so kind and helpful when we had a problem with a lovely ring my partner purchased for me. When we got back to the hotel and I went to take the ring out of the box, I noticed it was scuffed on the face. It was not very noticeable, not even while in the box, just under bright lighting. Since we had the ring for less than a day, we brought it back to the store hoping that they would stand by their quality promise. Sure enough, they did. It was the smoothest exchange process and the lady who helped us was more than accommodating in making sure the next ring was perfect. No issues with the 2nd ring so far, and I’ve been wearing it nonstop for a few days now. The staff will also help you fill out VAT forms. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience.
