What a customer service I got from Nepal Embassy today, it’s shocking. I would like to complain about the front desk staff, gentle man (Mr. Shrestha) who is in the passport collection section. He does not know how to serve any customer. No greetings although you greet him he will not answer anything. I went to collect my new passport. In order to collect my new passport, I gave him my old passport, Nepalese Citizenship and the payment receipt. After that he gave me new passport and old passport but he did not return me my citizenship. I requested him to return my citizenship. Instead of returning it he started accusing me that I did not give him Nepalese Citizenship. I was very polite and requested him that it might have misplaced inside his office, instead of looking inside his office he constantly kept saying to me “you have not given me. I request him so many times. I waited to him approximately an hour to check and find but he was still telling me the same thing that he hasn’t got it and he has not misplaced. It was very frustrating that you have given your original documents to someone and with in a minute, someone is saying that you have not given me your original documents. Such a careless, uncooperative and rude staff. He should learn the basic skills of customer service. After an hour wait and communication I told that rude staff that I want to go through the process and complain to right department and talk about the CCTV footage which will help us to find my citizenship. He said go upstairs and talk in reception and file a complain. After that I went upstairs in Nepal Embassy where I found very humble, helpful, cooperative staffs who helped me. As soon as I went upstairs to communicate with them, they phoned him and asked about missing citizenship. Same time the careless and rude staff said he found it. What a shame 😳. I went to him and asked him, he did not even realise his mistake, he was smiling, no apology no anything. I asked him where was it and where did you find, he did not even say anything. I feel sorry for others as well how do they cope with this guy. He should not be in front desk of Nepal Embassy to serve. He wasted my time and gave me a lot of stress and ruined my day. Fraud!!! Be very aware. New customers.

They’ll get your details wrong purposely even-though you gave them the right information.

They’ll tell you that “you’ll have to do the whole application again meaning PAY again”.

Don’t make the same Mistake as I did which was not checking my renewed passport after it was done. The thought of them trying to scam me never across my mind because why would they make a mistake after all the information was in my passport unchanged.

“Somehow” they got my ‘date of the birth’ wrong in my renewed passport (even though they took a copy of my old passport to take the details) which I never checked in there when I got the passport from them because I was in hurry. So, when I got home after signing their paper(which was biggest mistake).

I realised they got the ‘date of birth’ wrong. And, I called them saying what they did wrong. They replied by saying “you’ll have do the whole application again and PAY again” eventhough I didn’t make the mistake and they did.

They said that “fact I sign the paper means they can’t fix it unless I pay again”.

So pls!!!! Be aware new Customers to these Fraud ppl which are like slime dirty creatures which will do anything to pull their dirty tricks to the honest and...

Absolutely disgrace in the name of Embassy ! The entrance is on the side and underground which is so unaccessible for older people ! So , what's the main building and doors used for ?? For decoration?? Leakage and water dripping infront of the entrance door! Notices written and stuck on the wall in an unprofessional way! Names being called out through the small window , can we not afford a microphone and a speaker ?? The ungrateful and rude behaviour of the people working in there. I have to unfortunately come here every few years and everytime it's depressing customer service ! Guys , it's about time you all step up !! You are in England not in Nepal, stop copying same behaviours like those in the government offices in Nepal!
