This place is just wonderful. The customer service here is second to none and the food and concept is enjoyable and a good experience. The side dishes and especially the fried chicken is delicious and the selection of drinks are top notch. I've been to Korea before and this place just replicates the vibe, aura and ambience and it's just so fun. I came here with a few friends and it's now a go to place. Nathan was the guy that helped us and he is really cool, so down to earth and a great and honest man. So much dignity and integrity and makes the atmosphere really great. I'm so glad to have found this place and I'm happy I finally went here after soooooo many of my friends have been raving about it. I think they might need to expand soon because I know this place will grow with the amount of customers that are talking happily about this place. I see here that there was a review of 1 star. I really don't know where that 1 star review came from but for me (as a marketing executive) it's clear that the 1 star review was either from a jealous competitor or another business that just wants to put SABA down. I've encountered many of these review types in my career and they're just so immature..besides that, it's plain obvious that this person has written this one review in their lifetime as they are NOT a local google guide or someone that has other reviews to go by. It's just funny that being open for just a few weeks, some random would write such a thing and YES to buy some of the produce is cheaper but it's the EXPERIENCE and GREAT AMBIENCE you get from here. You've got yourself many happy customers S.A.B.A! Don't let such a silly and nonsense review deter you from...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting a Korean convenience store that left me utterly impressed. As someone deeply enamored with Korean food and culture, I couldn't resist sharing my exceptional experience.

From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a relaxing and inviting atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The customer service, led by a charming individual with blond highlights and captivating blue contact lenses, was unparalleled. His warmth and welcoming demeanor made me feel like a valued guest from the very start.

What truly sets this place apart is its innovative approach to food preparation. The presence of a robot chef adds a unique touch and elevates the dining experience to a whole new level. I was particularly blown away by the delectable chicken dish, which surpassed all expectations with its flavorful perfection.

As someone who has dabbled in Korean cuisine at home, I can attest that this establishment truly embodies the essence of authenticity and excellence. It's not just about the food; it's about the entire experience, from the impeccable service to the meticulously crafted dishes.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this Korean convenience store to anyone seeking a culinary adventure like no other. Whether you're a die-hard fan of Korean food or simply curious to explore something new, this place promises to delight your senses and leave you craving for more. Trust me, you won't be...

Another Korean ramen DIY shop which is interestingly located on the quiet side of Kensington high street. DIY Korean bars are the trend these days like bubble tea but not as aggressive. They strangely open for the day only and shut after 5ish because it was closed when I took friends there so luckily I visited beforehand. Anyway, you pay for the noodle of your choice, you get a paper bowl which has a barcode. When you scan the barcode, the machine knows how long the noodles need cooking and has a timer on the machine so all you do is place the bowl in the machine and press start and it will automatically add water and cook. The paper bowls which you eat from are lined with some sort of metallic film at the bottom to conduct heat. I suppose the timer is handy because Korean noodles are thicker compared to the regular supermarket ones which take less time. There is a robot frying chicken but saw a human frying...

The staff were absolutely lovely and helped me with making my ramen with their DIY ramen machines provided, you can also ask for the chef to make it for you! You get your ramen and for £2 more there is selection of toppings you can pick from, a slice of cheese is an extra 50p and egg £1. You then go to the machine scan your barcode, you press start cooking and the machine then cooks it for however long it needs, it will automatically add water for you. I tried something different each day I was there from their ramen selection and also their korean corndog, which I can not wait to go back to try more of! I got the pork, cheese and potato corndog with mustard, ketchup and mayo sauce. Loved the snack and drink selection provided especially their strawberry cake, which I had to try for my birthday! I also had one of their Melona melon flavoured ice cream on the hot summer day! Will definitely be back to try out more!

Another custom of Korea that landed in the UK… convenience stores, but most importantly, the DIY ramen machines. I was quite excited to give this place a try as it’s something I dreamt of doing when I visit. There’s a vast selection of ramen to choose from, most I’ve seen at Asian grocery stores, some I haven’t seen before I believe. It costs Ā£2 for toppings like rice cake, sausage and fish cake… then Ā£1 for an egg. Overall mine came up to Ā£9.80 so a bit pricy. They also stock up snacks, drinks and fast food items. They also have the robot to make fried chicken which is what I wanna try next time as their samples were quite good. Had a bit of an issue with the paper bowl as it seemed to have leaked some soup out when I was picking it up. The guy there was so lovely to have helped me with the cooking process. So service was great. Gotta come back for the KFC and kimbap. Overall, a lovely experience.
