Park View Coffee Cabin — Local services in London

Being a member of Friends of Greenwich Park and having used the Park View Coffee Cabin for many years with extremely friendly and efficient staff l now have to say how disappointed things have become. There is no longer warm food served ie bacon/sausage baps etc. Or warm friendly staff. My experience this weekend was appalling. Saturday l ordered a tea with skimmed milk- non available. Went back Sunday to be told the same. An extremely curt and uninterested sever told me "full fat milk or oat milk only". When questioned as to why not replenished from the day before my answer was ,"that's all available ". At 2.60 pounds plus for a drink surely requirements...

It took about 20 minutes to get our very complicated order of ‘2 coffees, 1 ice cream, 2 churros with ice cream’. Not because the machine wasn’t working or anything like that but because some apparently very important conversation between the staff members kept getting in the way. The coffee was done within minutes, but then I got to helplessly watch the lady behind the counter putting 1 churro per 5 sentences into the cup. Was about to offer doing it myself. Nice coffee, but wouldn’t recommend if you’ve got other things to do or a toddler that asked for ice cream with you. Really tested...

Unbelievably rude staff when I just stopped by. Of the two men working, one refused to acknowledge me and the other looked at me with disdain and then ignored me. When he finally decided to answer me it was in a disinterested mumble as he walked outside before continuing to ignore me. I’m shocked how rude both of them were to the extent that I’ve left a bad review. Something I don’t think I’ve ever done before. I can’t believe either of them are working in retail or honestly how anyone could consider employing...
