Really disappointed with my visit. The cookies looked great, but they were uncooked and the flavour was all over the place and not in a good way. The cookies probably spent 5 minutes in the oven just to get the outside cooked because the inside was raw. The cookie was also quite salty.

I ordered the milk chocolate cookie, the milk chocolate and hazelnut cookie and the milk chocolate and peanut butter cookie. They were all horrible but the milk chocolate cookie was the most edible.

The staff seemed friendly, and the service was quick. They should also consider changing the layout of the shop as well as the recipe. The counter is right at the entrance meaning when you’re queuing or ordering you are blocking the exit. So customers trying to come in or out at are trapped.

For the price, which was basically £5 per cookie, I expected much better quality. I won’t be coming back and I assure you that you can find better cookies for...

It was 5 GBP per cookie. We paid almost 18 GBP with 2 coffees .

The cookie was ok but they did serve me the wrong cookie and threw the one they gave me unwrapped to the bin. They gave me a peanut one so if I was allergic to nut it would have been very dangerous. I had the coffee in the place and saw them throwing dozens of cookies "because they weren't the right size".

It took 10 minutes to make 2 coffees we already finished our cookies when we got them.

The inside has benches stuck to the wall as if your having your cookie on the street... Really not the best for the price you pay. It was in the middle of the day and the place was quiet.

Quiet pathetic overall. People stating they have the best cookies have never tried making homemade cookies themselves that's the truth. Ben's cookies and other brands are...

We were just walking about when the Mrs noticed this place. She’d seen it on TikTok before and said we HAD to try it. Honestly, I’m glad we did.

I got an iced oat vanilla latte along with a standard chocolate chip cookie paired with ice cream.

The cookies were absolutely top tier, and pairing them with the ice cream was a perfect move - they complimented each other so well. The coffee was great too - it was spot on, not too sweet, just the right balance.

What really stood out was the service that day. It was busy enough, however, unlike most places rush you to get your stuff and out the door, the staff here took their time to make you feel welcome.

If you’re ever flying over to London, this spot is a must-visit. Definitely coming back next time...
