Amorino Gelato in London's Soho district is an absolute paradise for gelato lovers. From the moment you step through the door, you'll be greeted by a world of delightful flavors and the irresistible aroma of freshly made gelato. I recently had the pleasure of visiting this gelateria, and it exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the gelato at Amorino is simply divine. The moment I took my first bite, I was transported to gelato heaven. The texture was incredibly smooth and creamy, with just the right balance of richness. The flavors were vibrant and authentic, capturing the essence of each ingredient. Whether you're a fan of classic flavors like pistachio and stracciatella or prefer more adventurous options like raspberry and passion fruit, Amorino has a flavor for everyone. One of the unique aspects of Amorino Gelato is the way they shape their gelato into beautiful, flower-like creations. It's a true work of art that adds an extra touch of elegance to your gelato experience. Watching the skilled gelato artists craft each petal with precision is a delight in itself. Plus, they are more than happy to provide recommendations and help you create your own personalized gelato masterpiece. The staff at Amorino Gelato deserve special recognition for their warm and friendly service. They create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere that enhances the overall experience. They are patient, attentive, and always ready to offer suggestions or answer any questions you may have. Their passion for gelato is evident in their dedication to delivering the best possible customer experience. The location in Soho is ideal, with a vibrant and lively atmosphere that complements the gelato perfectly. Whether you choose to enjoy your gelato inside the cozy gelateria or take a stroll through the bustling streets while savoring your treat, Amorino is the perfect spot to satisfy your gelato cravings. In addition to their exceptional gelato, Amorino offers a range of other delectable treats. Their waffle cones and crepes are made to perfection, providing a delightful combination of textures and flavors. The attention to detail and quality ingredients shine through in every bite. Finally, it's worth mentioning that Amorino Gelato is committed to using natural and high-quality ingredients in their gelato. Their dedication to sourcing the finest ingredients reflects in the exceptional taste and overall quality of their gelato. In conclusion, Amorino Gelato in London's Soho district is a must-visit for any gelato lover. With their exquisite flavors, stunning gelato flower creations, friendly staff, and prime location, it's an experience that will leave you craving more. Whether you're a local or a tourist exploring the city, don't miss the opportunity to indulge in the gelato perfection that awaits you at Amorino Gelato. I can’t put -5 star

I went this afternoon with some friends — we’re regular customers of this chain — but after today, NEVER AGAIN. Prices are far from cheap, and the service was absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered a caramel affogato, carefully selected the ingredients… and what do I get? A boiling hot cup that my friend could barely hold in her hand. I open the lid, completely confused, and steam pours out like it’s a hot chocolate in the middle of winter. It was 23 degrees in the shade, and instead of ice cream I get a scalding mess.

I go to the counter to report the issue, and what appears to be the manager comes over. She says, arrogantly: “Madam, you selected hot drinks.” I tell her, no, I’m not crazy enough to come get a hot chocolate from an ice cream shop. And the order was correct! She keeps insisting it was my mistake.

The best part? With condescending attitude, she says: “This is how Italian gelato is made.” Seriously? SHE, clearly not Italian, is trying to tell ME, an Italian, how gelato is made? That’s like me trying to teach a British person how to make Beef Wellington. Ridiculous.

I told her I wasn’t happy and asked for a solution — her answer? “If you don’t want it, you need to reorder and pay again.” No refund, no alternative, just pure arrogance and rudeness.

And even IF I had made a mistake with the order — which I didn’t — a little customer care and professionalism wouldn’t hurt. Also, even a chocolate affogato should be served with a thick, creamy sauce — not a lava-like broth that gives you third-degree burns!

Terrible experience, shockingly rude staff, and zero regard for the customer. I will never set foot in this gelateria again — and neither will my...

Made a purchase of a regular cup and a milkshake on 1st Feb at 2206.

Man was so excited to serve us our cup that he started scooping the gelato after only hearing 3 out of the 4 flavours that we wanted. Upon noticing after 2 scoops that there was not enough room for 2 more, we pointed that out to him, and he replied that we should have told him at the start that we wanted 4 flavours (but we did so...) Since the picture displaying the regular cup had 4 flavours in it, surely he should have waited for 4 flavours, or clarified that we only wanted 3 flavours before starting to scoop? Appreciate the enthusiasm, but he needs to focus on serving each customer with quality rather than trying to rush and clear a high quantity of customers. The shop was not even that crowded (3-4 people behind us) so not sure why he felt the need to rush.

Was also told by the female staff that she could not find a lid for the milkshake after making the milkshake which was inconvenient as I was planning to bring it into the train. If this was told to me beforehand I would have ordered something else, but since it was already made and I did not want to hold up the line by making her search for it, I just took it and went on my way.

Quality of the gelato and milkshake was good though: smooth, rich, and creamy. Blueberry cheesecake gelato was a slight disappointment with far too subtle flavours to compete with the chocolate and stracciatella. Overall just a good quality gelato experience ruined by...

Amorino offers very good gelato with rich and authentic flavours, presented in their signature flower shape that looks as good as it tastes. The staff are friendly and the service is quick, making it an enjoyable experience. Overall, it’s a lovely spot to stop for high-quality ice cream in central London!

Amorino renowned for its rose sculpted presentation on a cone is a very successful international chain that sells Italian gelato with branches all over London. On a Saturday night, I headed down to their place in Soho and joined a queue that had gone as far as the pavement outside. It was a small cosy spot. Service was swift. From a large selection of flavours, I opted for the largest size cone. I picked the l’Inimitabile Hazelnut Chocolate, the Amarena which is vanilla and cherries and a slightly spicy biscuit called Speculoos. I was also given the option of having a macaron on top of my cone to compliment it but I decided not to. Just watching it being shaped in front of me into a beautiful flower was an artistic performance. As I took a bite of their gelato, it tasted indulgent, smooth and creamy; like no other. Amorino don’t compromise on quality. They source out the best ingredients like Alphonso mangoes from the Indian sub-continent, Grand Cru chocolate from Ecuador and pistachios from Sicily. As well they only use organic eggs. They even have vegan and gluten free options. From waffles, pancakes to candied chestnuts there is a wide selection of items to choose from. With a small cone at £3.90, a regular at £4.90 and a large at £5.90, prices are not cheap but generous helpings of gelato are served and the service is top-notch. There is a reason why Amorino are so successful.
