Putt Crazy — Local services in London

Terrible staff, was having a good experiance only for one of the staff and his comment made most of the party leave, Place is lovely and lots of fun but it does take about 15mins for 2 drinks to arrive. We had a 6 year old party there and this memeber of staff kept telling us this part of the golf isnt aloud for the kids and this part of seating isnt for kids and constantly moaning at other parents to control there kids ( for context there was 4 lads playing golf that wernt with us apart from them the place was empty), when he finish berating everyone and telling them he cant be dealing with i came to realise that this place may cater for kids parties but there staff definatly cant handle it, so we started to leave he was standing behind the bar playing on his phone and wearing a peak cap….i could understand the phone but why wear a filthy hat and look ruff when your trying to serve customers, he was polite when serving customers but his little comments and remarks annoyed me so that much il probly never go back and will be advising...

I booked one round of golf for my son’s 7th birthday and I wish I hadn’t!! The staff were unprofessional, not knowledgeable and not trained. The pathetic manager (someone by the name of aj) accused our party of not having paid and checked in, even though we were issued clubs and balls by staff. Instead of checking with his staff he pulled our party mid game and made embarrassing accusations on the open floor in front of everyone. Manger didn’t apologise and didn’t care for the amount of money we spent there. He was rude and has no respect for women or children. In the end he still thinks he is right. This joker lives on another planet, He can shove his venue where the sun doesn’t shine as I, my family, my friends will never return here. I advise all to think carefully before booking...
