Costa Coffee — Restaurant in London

Constantly busy but they have plenty of staff working. My only general criticism would be they are slow to clear tables.

The low score is due to a specific staff member stating that I was a liar and then walked off when I challenged her over it.

I went up to find out where my sandwich was to be told they had called out five times for it. I was speaking to another member of staff without issue who offered to reheat it for me. Another staff member then butted in and interrupted us, stating that we had to take our food.

I raised that they normally brought it out once cooked to be told they had a new cooker which takes a minute and negates the need for someone to bring out food. I said they had brought out food last week and was told well it didn’t happen here.

I was unable to speak to a manager.

When I tried to get a contact for raising this with management there is only a phone line to use, not...

If I could I would rate this store as 0 stars. Server Elli (tall girl with dark hair) shouldn’t even work hospitality, she came across as very rude and kept rolling her eyes when taking my order. Seemed like she forgot to pass the order to her colleague to prepare, as all customers got their drinks but I was there kept waiting to receive mine. When I asked how much longer I need to wait, blond lady replied I did this drink already where for all the time I was waiting no such drink was called. I used to be regular customer to this Costa as going there every time my daughter has appointment, but...

The staff are very helpful and provide a decent service but the actual food and beverages are terrible.

I've had the misfortune of being at this hospital for 3 weeks for a relative and each time I got got drinks or food I got terrible stomach pains and cramps.

One time I could understand stand but multiple times it's not one off issue.

In addition the seats are covered in disgusting nasty stains with an awful oder.

£6 for two toast with tiny bit of cheese is robbery.

If you don't buy anything then you can't sit there either.

Not sure how this place passes food hygiene...
