Subway — Restaurant in London

I have visited many Subways as I travel for work a lot. I will never use this one again as the service and quality of food was appalling. I ordered a footlong create your own and asked for sausage bacon and egg cheese and toasted, then they asked did i want hash browns I said no as I was creating my own, they then proceeded to charge me £13! as they put me down for a veggie Delite and charged me for all my ingredients. I am not happy regarding Subway in Northwick Park hospital today at 1:38pm I went to subway to put in an order I said to the lady can I have extra mayonnaise as there wasn’t enough the lady decided to squirt half the bottle of mayonnaise inside my footlong. I asked her what are you doing at the man said to me this is what we do. I am really not impressed as I know that is not what you do I am very unhappy about their service.
