Easy. Quick. Kind. I was leery about paying all up front online being as though I was coming from out of the country and had never been here.

I called a few times and got in touch with the shop owner who assured me she would be there and on time.

She arrived so beautiful, and got started right away. Finishing way sooner than I expected. I don’t know how she can braid that fast! Finished me + my 3 children’s braids before dark and that NEVER happens…especially not this quality of work.

First time visiting and I found it to be a disappointment. Lukewarm greeting, no consultation and even though I booked online, I didn't receive the exact style I'd selected. The woman next to me also had the same issue. Since getting home I can also see how tight my hair has been braided, which is concerning.

Update: Rama contacted me on Whatsapp and I explained in detail how the style did not meet my expectations. I sent her a photo of my hair being pulled at the root from the tightness and told her I would be removing the braids. She has apologised but has not...
