Mainly booked due to the location being close to Kings College Hospital, is less than 30mins walk which is perfect for what I needed, however that is where the positives end...||The bathroom was probably the biggest let down, the shower flooded the minute it was turned on, it was filthy, more water leaked out of the tray than went down the plug hole, when you ran water in the basin it came up in the shower tray, the toilet seat was broken and the floor tiles were really damaged from the clearly contestant flooding over a long period of time. ||When I complained the person I was dealing with told me that it had only just been replaced!!! Shocking work and either plain lies or really bad tradesman. ||There were 4 adults staying and I made an agreement that my daughter could stay on an airbed in the lounge, from looking at the pictures on Booking.com I thought there would be plenty of space but the pictures are clearly of another flat because it was really tight. The pictures on the website are very deceiving and are of a different property because I still can't work out how they were taken to make it look the way it did! ||There was only one towel provided (apart from the bags full of wet and dirty towels in the wardrobe) and the general cleanliness level was not very high at all. Not sufficient bedding for the 2nd bed, we ended up having to buy towels, pillows and a duvet, as well as other basics like toilet roll and dishcloths as there was nothing provided and I wasn't told this despite asking before leaving home. ||The flooring was floorboards, many of which were loose and trip hazards, especially for my dad who doesn't walk very well. The sofabed in the lounge was very rickety and I was terrified that it would break and given the fact I was charged a £400 damage deposit I was very wary of anything breaking in case I didn't get it back! ||We were overrun with ants on the second night and my dad and his partner got eaten alive by something in the bedroom...||The kitchen was ok(ish), working washing machine was a definite plus but the fridge was dodgy at best, the door didn't stay closed very well and did not keep the contents very cold which in the hot weather we had was not ideal. This kitchen sink also made some very odd noises and smells :-( ||Overall a very disappointing stay, however when I made complaints about the damage and the not working shower etc I was offered a small refund and assured that my full damage deposit would be returned, which it...

I wish I had took more but I only have videos.||||It was so cold because you couldn't open or close the windows (baring in mind it is winter), no carpet on the floor, floor boards raising when you walk on them.||||Shower basin rusted, toilet roll holder broken. Shower curtain with holes in it. The sofa in the kitchen was broken and could barely sit on it, cupboard doors were broken or missing. Tonnes more stuff broken! And the best of all is that they ask for a '£400 damage deposit' - but frankly, there is nothing left in the apartment to break!||||Booked this through Expedia, and left on the same day of checking in. The apartment refused to refund the money as they said I was happy with the room (even though it was only after I paid the deposit that I found I couldn't open or close any windows as they were all broke, and they would have expected me to freeze to death in the bed)||||AVOID...
