The team and all the management staff are so welcoming and professional at all time with the warmest hospitality, always so warmly-attentive, receptive, friendly and more than considerate and supportive in accommodating anything residents need in the most efficient and responsive manner. The common space amenities of the apartment building are stunning to say the least, with plenty of beautiful and dazzling common space facilities of stylish, exquisite modern designs for residents to enjoy the space to live, work, relax and socialise. Here I feel a lovely sense of community at Riverstone Heights, which is very heartening. There are also a lot of social events well-organised and hosted regularly and exclusively for residents to enjoy a delightful time and forge lovely bondings together for a rewarding living experience, and for us develop a sense of belongings. Always make me feel like home. The apartment aspect itself for me is awesome and amazing. The flat amenities, interiors, furnishings and the overall apartment environments come in with the best standards and qualities - spacious, well-maintained and well-equipped in all aspects and always best attended-to for me to feel very tranquil, comfortable and cozy to live in. Security and safety management is top-notch in all rounds and I always feel very safe, homely and enjoyable living here. Would highly recommend to anyone who are interested in seeking an exquisite renting and living experience and want to feel homey. The commute is very convenient as well. It’s hard to believe it’s already been a week since my fiancée and I moved in. From the very beginning, this experience has exceeded all our expectations. When we first viewed the apartment, we were immediately impressed—not just by the space itself, but by how welcoming and helpful the entire management team was.

A heartfelt thank you to Cristina and Kristina for being so attentive, responsive, and patient during the whole process. Their guidance made what can often be a stressful journey feel easy and even exciting. And on move-in day, we felt fully supported by Saad, Amro, Dianne, and the rest of the fantastic team. They didn’t just help us move in—they made sure we felt welcome, comfortable, and at home from the moment we stepped through the door.

Every interaction we've had has been friendly, professional, and full of care. It’s clear that the team at Riverstone Heights takes pride in creating a positive living environment, and we’re truly grateful to be a part of it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had an excellent experience!. The BBQ area on the 27th floor is a fantastic way to enjoy the summer sunshine with friends or family—plus, the panoramic views over London are absolutely amazing! I also really appreciate having a secure bike room in the basement. It makes cycling to work easy and gives me peace of mind knowing my bike is stored safely. And on rainy days when biking isn’t ideal, the underground station is just a few minutes away, making commuting super convenient.And after a long day shift, you can always fill your fridge from the nearby shops—such a convenient bonus.

Everything is always clean, well-maintained, and accessible, which makes it easy to enjoy all the property has to offer. A big part of that is thanks to the building manager, Darek. He goes above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Darek is highly professional, approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents' comfort and satisfaction.
