I was there yesterday afternoon Robert Dyas Kensington High Street. One of my favourite shops that I shop from them in store or online for more than a decade, but this was my first time meeting this stuff who is the rudest person I have ever met, When I was trying to return an item delivered broken. He refused to serve me with my returns saying he couldn't see any broken to the item and when I showed him, He accused me of that I broke it. I was shocked by his behaviour and his bad attitude.
