Hello! Especially for this Boots in Streatham High Rd 206-208, I don't know who makes whom do a great review, but the truth is radically different. The staff is friendly. They are obliged by law to be kind and, of course, to attract customers, but kindness alone is not enough. Adequate and useful work is also required. The work with them goes like this: You have a small problem with your eyes, they do a TEST for you like everyone else, especially if you go to them for the first time and after the TEST they instantly urge you to buy from their glasses. the day they did the TEST I bought glasses because they told me I should do it, and I trusted them because they were very kind and I trusted them. But business is business. I bought the glasses and that's it. They recommended water for rinsing the eyes which cost 5 pounds and end in 4-5 days and no adequate recommendation at all. They are looking for ways to simply sell their goods and do business. They are not even trying to relieve you in any way. 1 ...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOkay so the store is fine BUT they are lacking in product. I came here to buy "protection" for me and my wife. Usually I order online but she made reservations for a restaurant tonight so I had to get something together. I went into the boots and I asked around for where it was. I was shown by a very nice lady but they don't have any bigger sizes (xl or xxl), usually they have these behind the counter. So I asked at the till if they had any behind and the lady looked at me for a second to see if I was joking? but then she ended up helping me and unfortunately not. This is all fine, until a member of the public started asking me for my number and my Facebook. this is highly irresponsible just because of the size of one's organ does not define who they are. the lady would not stop asking me and even told me to come around back! so I gave her my number to shoo her away and called it a day. I ended up finding one in a local farmacy which was xl size so it was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreVery poor customer service. Shame there is no 0 star option. They left my daughter crying in their shop after asking her to pay for identical frames they had made up without any confirmation documents or proof thatās what she wanted. I was promised the manager would call me back to clarify what had happened and to work out a solution. She never called. And neither did the guy who actually āservedā her. The next call I received was when they wanted cash. I repeated what had happened and received neither an apology or any sympathy for them causing a paying customer to cry. We settled their bill and told them they had now lost the business of our whole family. Very short-sighted (pun intended). We will now be using RealEyes - further for us to travel, but a better environment and friendly, helpful and caring staff. If youāre looking for a caring local opticians, Iād recommend you do the...
