Having been residents at Westmark Tower for nearly three years, our experience has been far from satisfactory, prompting us to share our concerns and frustrations regarding this property.

Upon initially considering Westmark Tower for investment, the exterior and promotional material presented a seemingly beautiful and appealing place to reside. However, the reality within the walls of Westmark Tower paints a starkly different picture.

One of the most glaring issues we've encountered is the alarming lack of security. Despite residing here for three years, we have experienced multiple theft incidents, with belongings valued at over ten thousand pounds stolen on two separate occasions. Despite our numerous attempts to address this with Berkeley, West End Gate, and Leebaron through emails, our pleas have fallen on deaf ears. The utter disregard for resident safety and the absence of a meaningful response to these security concerns is not only disappointing but also raises serious questions about the management's commitment to resident well-being.

Regrettably, our dissatisfaction is not an isolated experience. It seems impossible to find a resident within Westmark Tower who hasn't faced their fair share of issues. From a consistently malfunctioning refuse system that fills the air with an unpleasant odor to the visible accumulation of rubbish within the refuse room, it is evident that the basic maintenance and cleanliness of the property leave much to be desired.

The SPA facilities, purportedly a highlight of Westmark Tower, have been plagued with issues from the very beginning. The consistent problems with the SPA undermine the promised quality of life within the property, adding to the growing list of grievances.

In conclusion, our time at Westmark Tower has been marred by security lapses, unaddressed thefts, maintenance issues, and an overall lack of responsiveness from the management. The glossy exterior portrayed in promotional material does not reflect the grim reality within. For anyone considering Westmark Tower as a place of residence or investment, it is crucial to weigh these concerns against the seemingly appealing facade presented by the property. I own a flat in Westmark there is major problems here I will list them: 1-Garbage room shoot works once aday so we end up with the room full of garbage and people living here are of low standard in behaviour they would throw food they ordered from junk food restaurants in the floor without packing them in garbage bags you can see chicken rice curry's in the floor. 2-Aircondtion cooling and heating unit when it breaks there is no body to fix it I asked the best company's in london to come and look at it they all said its impossible to reach the unit without cutting the false ceiling as whoever fixed it stuck it to the ceiling in a way that he thinks it will never need repair so just imagine I am not benefiting of my cooling system and no one in Berkeley care since the warranty ended although it's there fault when they got a cheap contractor to fit the cooling and heating unit and when I asked for the contractor name they told me he went bankrupt I hope someone from Berkeley see this and contact me for real to solve it instead of contacting me to sell me anthor flat in there future...

Lived here 4 years, used to be better. The facilities are regularly broken and take forever to fix (eg hot tub, rubbish shoot, lifts). Construction noise can also be quite loud depending on what side of the building you are on. Other than that tho, location is great, apartments are modern and I’ve not really had any...
