This is from Saudi Eats in London, with 60k+ followers across social platforms. Instagram & Tiktok: saudieats.ksa The most popular shawarma spot in London offers an exceptional array of Arabian cuisine all the way from Iraq. 🇮🇶 The food served is remarkably fresh, with naan and pastries made in-house, enhancing the aroma and overall dining experience. The restaurant provides excellent value for money with affordable prices. 😍🔥 We enjoyed the mixed chicken and lamb shawarma, falafel, desserts, and hot pastries with tea. Each items were delicious and satisfying, especially their new Mango smoothie 🤤 With a new branch opening soon in Camden, we are eager to return and experience more of their fantastic offerings. 🙏

Came here on a study break since I read so many good reviews. Also the place was extremely crowded when I arrived which gave me high hopes. Unfortunately, very disappointed. I ordered the chicken shawerma plate. The chicken was tasteless although it had so many spices and I could only taste oil? Tried my best to add more taste by dipping it in the garlic sauce and the hummus along with adding pickles but nah wasn't working. Gave it three stars to be fair with the staff as they were very patient, helpful and friendly. Also, the tanoor bread was very good and it's freshly baked. The restaurants is not that big so you might struggle with finding a place to eat especially that it gets crowded very easily.

I visited London for couple days , we ordered coffee and tea on the 4th of August we were seat outside then I went to the bathroom when I came back one of employees that working in the reception was seating on my chair I said politely I'm a customer and my coffee on the table this is my chair if you dont mind ..... his action and answer shocked 😲 me ...... he was sitting on customer chair and smoking and said to me WAIT ..... I WAS SPEECHLESS 🙊.... this person was rude implote and disrespectful..... sorry to give one star to the business , the truth is I wouldn't hire a person like this that will screw my business and disrespect the customers .

This was my first and last time going to this place! I ordered a falafel sandwich, because I had been craving falafel all day, and i’m iraqi and I heard this place makes a good iraqi falafel sandwich. Unfortunately I ended up having the worst experience, i don’t know if it was the workers or this is just how they make the sandwiches there! First of all, the bread was cold, second, the falafel wasn’t freshly fried (what place doesn’t immediately fry their falafel??) it was so cold, and it had white spots on it… which I assumed was mold because no falafel should EVER have any white spots in it! It also tasted so off, which was the reason i decided to inspect the falafel and it led me to seeing the white stuff! I went and told the cashier about it, hoping they made a mistake and they can remake me a sandwich or at least give me a refund, but instead he didn’t do any of that! What place doesn’t refund you or remake your food when you’re not satisfied?? This was handled very badly on their end, and if this is truly just how they make falafel then they should take it off the menu, because you truly ruined my night! As iraqis falafel sandwiches should be the no. 1 thing...

Me and my husband went to this restaurant for the first time today. He ordered mixed shawerma plate( it came with hummus, flat bread and veggies with pickles on the side) he loved it!!! The portion was perfect for him. I ordered lamb shawerma wrap, and it was way delicious!! especially with Thier bread!! It changed everything 😍 The meat was well done ♥️😋👌🏻but still juicy N mouthwatering!! Not oily at all Al Hamdulilah (which what I was really afraid of).

We also had konafeh 2.5 £ + makrotah (dates pastry) 15£ per kilo. Which is really expensive to be honest! But we took half kilo.

The prices of the meals alone compared to portions are wonderful. I hope they keep it the same. Cause we'll definitely come back.

But wishing for more variety of middle Eastern food or side dishes Like( Taboleh, soups, vine leaves, yogurt with cucumber...ect. to add with our meals. Especially...

Terrible customer service, I walked in and there was no one so I've made order and paid as I was waiting for my order two persons walked about 10 minutes after me and they got served before me which I was not expecting but obviously if you don't speak their language which is Arabic you will definitely get Terrible treatment by their customers service, then I've asked the person who's normally takes order at counter he told me that it should be ready in 2 minutes but it took about 15 minutes to get my order. Honestly if I could give them 0 star I would because that's what they deserve, disappointed and I would never go back there, and I would suggest you to avoid this so called restaurant because they would disrespect and treat you badly if you don't speak their language which is...
