Woodhouse Kebab — Local services in London

Absolutly disgusted with the service I just received. We been ordering food from them for over a year and spent a lot of money with them we Never had a problem with Woodhouse Kebab. Tonight I was sent a Large Lamb Donner wrap covered in Chilli sauce!!! Not what we asked for. I always have Garlic Mayo never ever ever have chilli sauce!! All they had to do was check all my previous Lamb Donner Wrap orders over the year too see I never order chilli sauce. When we phoned up to tell them they sent the wrong order that they had made a mistake with putting on the wrong sauce I was told they could not replace my order and that we cant be refunded. This isnt good customer service. This is basicly them sticky there 2 fingers up at us and taking our money and laughing...

Worst lamb kebab I have had. Will never visit again. To answer the owners comment below - a lot depends on how you cook your "expensive" lamb. If you burn it to a cinder and serve it on a few chopped lettuce leaves even the most expensive lamb is not going to be great. My advice don't get so expensive lamb but use a good recipe with the right herbs and spices, take care to cook it properly (it is best left when the fat is still glistening - i.e. make sure the kebab does not become dull in appearance and serve it with a proper Turkish salad with a choice of sauces). Get the no. 134 bus to Kentish Town road and try E. Mono - you'll know...

Expensive, but the chicken doner is delicious.

As a result of the cost I rate it as ok.

Update: Reduced my rating as staff are not really friendly, not flexible with options, and constantly seem to try to one up on the costs despite being one of the most expensive kebabs. Quite disappointing as it's an expensive kebab.

Update 3: The chicken doner is actually nice, but occasionally lapses. I do go here often despite what I've said already. Staff know me but still there's an element of business as usual. Prices still high. It's...
