Chilli's — Local services in Manchester

I had not tried this place and till one night me and my wife was on are way home from the pub when we come across Chilli's so in we want ordered are food the staff seemed friendly and helpful.The food looked good plenty of it and hot and fresh. comes in a silver tray and recyclable. In my opinion over priced. that was the Good News. On the 2nd occasion we decided to order are food .was told it will be about an hour so way at home having a bottle of wine or two we go ahead and order we order like a mixed kebab x 2 a bottle of coke normal size 500ml was shocked when told 1.80 the drinks are not on the menu now we know way hidden prices if you order a bottle and did not asked the price your be shocked . Anyway back to the food So it turns up within the time great looking forward to it One had garlic sauce and the other chill sauce It was warm / cold not good and did not taste as good as the first time very bland this cost us 17.80 again way over priced They have a motto Try It - Love it. Well I did try it . But did not love it sorry chilli's but out of 10 you get a 5 . If I am going to order again will try something different . I purchased a Donner in Naan and a side of chips, to take away wrapped and eat at home. This was at around 9pm on a Monday night.

Overall it was a good meal, and the service was pleasant and swift.

The chips were good - a nice crunch which was maintained even after being wrapped for 10 mins.

The donner meat was excellent - great flavour, thinly sliced and not greasy. Spot on, some of the nicest meat I've had in ages.

Salad - fresh and neatly filled. Was missing whole chillies though...

Sauce - on the plus side it wasn't messy, but on the downer it was a bit under applied - could have done with another squirt of both garlic and chilli. The chilli sauce also wasn't very hot.

Naan - OK, but nothing special, I don't think it was freshly made.

Summary - I was impressed, nice flavour and well presented. With a bit more kick on the chilli sauce and in a fresh naan it would...

Had an amazing experience at Chillis! The food was exceptionally good – the kebabs were juicy and full of flavour, the wings perfectly spiced and crispy, and the peri chicken meal was cooked to perfection with just the right level of heat. You can really tell that quality and taste are a top priority here. What made it even better was the warm and attentive service – the owner personally checked in and made us feel genuinely welcome.
