DISGRACEFUL SERVICE!! I vow that yesterday was the last time domino's will get another penny of my money. Always a problem of some description. Incompetent and rude ( almost hostile ) staff. Yesterday - Pizza never arrived. Driver mistakenly gave it to some random kids on our road apparently. Didn't knock our door or ask the kids for proof of purchase. When I explained that pizza never came, driver became aggressive and told me to contact the police. I had to make a personal visit to the shop where the manager treated me as a suspect and reluctantly re made the order after refusing to give a refund. No apology was made. Wasted over 2 hours. Unacceptable. Pizza was terrible too. Vegan pizza served with non vegan sauce. Give me Pizza Hut over these...

The app wasnāt working, so after 15 minutes of trying, we decided to call and place the order over the phone. Thatās when we were told the app was down, but when we tried to order, the price was much higher than usual. When we questioned this, we were told that the special price only applies through the appābut nowhere on the app does it state that prices are different for phone orders.

They said they are sending someone to collect my food from me. It took them over 2 hours to collect. I was also told Iād get a full refund within 4 working days. However, 7days on and still nothing. This was disgusting and I couldnāt touch the food after. I am requesting a full refund of the meal from the customer support team but I bet they are just as useless.
