I visited this place for the first time today after seeing it on TikTok. Worst mistake of my life! I ordered their equivalent of a fried chicken burger meal. I made it clear first hand and even had a little joke with the guy about it.. That I want my burger to be plain with only ketchup. No cheese no salad nothing else just the bun, chicken, ketchup. 20 mins later my burgers meals ready. I open the burger and there’s cheese gurkins etc everything what I didnt want in the burger it was all there. I sent my friend back with the burger because I didn’t want to cause a scene. He told them what happened and they apologised and I then had to wait another 15 minutes for their 2nd attempt the burger. We are now reaching about 46 minutes since I placed my original order and they come over with the burger. Guess what. They’ve only gone and got it wrong again exactly the same how they did the first instance. Again I keep my calm. I send my friend back with the burger. The same staff asked my friend are you sure you only want ketchup. Like I haven’t been waiting for basically 1 hour for my food like an idiot. Anyway 1 hour and 23 minutes later my burger finally comes how I asked for it with just ketchup. They thought it was funny too “sorry my bro still enjoy tho” I hope everyone who sees this place and wants to come here for their first time sees my review and experience because how am I spending £28 on two burger meals and getting violated like that. Feeling very let down cannot believe I’ve had my time...

Ordered for collection. The premises was clean and the staff very polite. Food was ready pretty much on time. I had the burger with peanut butter just out of curiosity. It strangely worked - either the work of a madman or a genius - the creamy texture and flavour brought out the flavour of the meat and the sharp freshness of the crispy gherkins cut through both stopping the dreaded peanut butter cottonmouth!

We ordered 2 different flavours of wings: garlic parmesan and butter chicken. Both were delicious but the garlic p ones were my fav. The wings were perfectly cooked where the meat fell off the bone and there was just the right amount of ingredients without anything being overpowering. The butter chicken ones were my kids fav, despite the slight kick. The sauce was tangy with flavours complementing eachother making them very moreish.

My wife and son had hotdogs which were huge! My son smashed though his is about 10 mins which was impressive, and my wife ate half of her philly steak one. I noticed they use the chipshop style sausage in their dogs which I don't personally think works as well as a frankfurter or veinna sausage, but when you bite into it with all the toppings, it doesn't make the biggest difference.

Overall a well deserved 5 stars. Littles touches like the big wetwipes, cutlery and tissues make a welcome difference and we look forward to our next treat from there! Would highly recommend, particularly if you can collect as this is food...

The food was delivered within the hour, just about. Quite a long wait but at least they’re up front about that from the start, so we were prepared.

The food for the most part was fresh and tasty. Quite reminiscent of Five Akhis, especially the juicy Lucy. The chicken burger tasted great but the chicken fillet was so big that it ended up being a touch dry, so the sauces helped.

The chips were a little cold and hollow, I’m not sure if they were left in a heater a little too long before they came out for delivery.

The chicken messy fries were much better because again, the sauce helped. The sauces in this and in the chicken burger are quite unique and very yummy.

The chicken tenders were alright, just ended up very soggy by the time they arrived. I’ll put that down to the fact that we ordered for delivery. I’ll assume that fresh, they would’ve been ok.

The mango habanero wings were the same, quite soggy. The flavour of the sauce was great and not too spicy at all.

We did intend to try the classic glizzy but forgot to add it onto the order, so maybe next time.
