I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent visit to your establishment, [Moores Fish and Chips Shop oxley park mk and the manager(owner)who is so rude and has no respect for hygiene, health and safety or her customers.disgusting behaviour

I ordered 3 cods and large chips, but the order I received had clearly been prepared for a different customer. What was most concerning is that after realizing the mistake, your staff attempted to give me the same order that had already been handed to another customer and returned.

This raises serious food hygiene and safety concerns. Once food has left the premises or been in another customer’s possession, it should never be reissued, especially without notifying the new customer.

I am extremely disappointed by how this situation was handled. I would appreciate an explanation, an apology, and reassurance that staff have been properly trained on food safety regulations. If this is not addressed, and fully refunded I will have no choice but to report the incident to the local environmental...

We had been recommended moores by a friend that lives nearby and decided to try it after a bad experience with our local. The food was fresh, hot and so delicious! Big portions too at a really good price. I had the fish burger, it had 2 big cod bites in it! I almost couldn’t finish it! My son had a battered sausage that he really enjoyed and my partner a cheese burger. We shared a large chips and there was still some left over! I have some health issues and struggle with greasy/high fat foods. I have been absolutely fine with the food I had too, very pleased as usually can’t find any take away I can eat from! Not only this they separated the cans of drink from the food so it didn’t effect the warmth of the food. Little details like that go a long way! Will definitely be using again. The food quality has changed and sadly it is not for the better. I have been here several times now and the chips are not fresh. I always ask for cod fish and I have to wait while they fry it which i actually don't mind doing. I prefer waiting for fresh food. It would be much better if they also fried the chips to order so you wait for the food and don't end up with stale chips. They can do this as they are not super busy. I've been several times and at most I see 2 or 3 customers sometimes none. The fish is usually fried well and the batter is crispy, but it depends who is frying it.
