Rude staffs, unbelievable poor service. today. Took 25 mins to order via drive thru, rudest man took the order, so aggressive that you would think someone was forcing him to work there. Got there to pay and he said that 2 pieces of hot wings is Ā£1.20. I said take it off the rest of the orderā¦donāt want it. He said no he canāt do that so either buy the ordered meal to include the hot wings or drive round again to join the queue of cars to re-order. I said he should just take the wings off the order, he refused. A woman then came from nowhere with the most annoying rude voice, āmove or I will call the policeā. I said the number is 999⦠with a silly voice she replied āI know it, I am not taking off the wings from your orderā I asked for the manager she said āIām the oneā Asked for supervisor āIām the oneā - Felt like watching the Matrix. I ask for email address to complain she said ātype it in your phoneā I asked for her to write it down repeatedly, she refused, then came back with a ripped newspaper end with a scribble - couldnāt read it. I parked, went in to ask for her to write it properly and I was faced with the most rudest and ignorant person I have ever come across including the big man taking the drive through orders. He thought he would take the mickā¦recorded him and he is now trending on Twitter scum! You donāt enjoy your job, quitā¦no one is forcing you to work there! Stop being rudeā¦look at all your reviewsā¦all saying how rude you all are! Never again! Surprised you are still operating when I read your reviewsā¦so many people have experienced your rudeness! When I asked for the manager, to come over and explain what's the issue and why on the app they advertise one thing and in real life none knows anything, he had no answers was just telling me to buy the product without scanning the app and getting free food. Why on earth ud advertise the app in the first place if you're wasting everyone's time and nothing works? Manager did not even try to solve the problem in any way, seems like the chap doesn't have an idea on what it means to deal with customers under pressure. Told me that nothing works turned around and left. Till workers are always unexperienced and they seem to have a high staff turnover, I see new faces every single time and it just takes ages for them to understand you in the first place nevermind about making the order itself.
