The worst & most unorganised Greggs in Milton Keynes, I’ve been going there every morning between 9 & 10 o’clock for the last 2 months now on my break from work & they have never got any steak bakes or sausage rolls ready usually have 1 or 2 sitting in the counter that are stone cold & it doesn’t matter which time I go there is always at 15 min wait before any are ready, surely it not difficult to see when they are running low to get more ready before they run out, it’s not like they have a line of customers buying out all the pastries it’s just really poor management & when you complain every day about it the staff make you feel like your the problem for asking why they’ve never got any ready for a time that most working people have their break, don’t get this problem at other Greggs but sadly it’s the only one...

However a few tiny things let it down - too often I've had something wrong with the order (such as forgetting to add ketchup to the bacon roll), or stopping serving breakfast before the advertised cutoff time.
