Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

The self service machine malfunctions-ordered 2 breakfasts and 2 drinks- money taken out for the both breakfasts and 1 drink. However, only the breakfasts’ order went through to the kitchen and no drink order to the brewery. I was advised that the machine does not work properly and drink do not go through sometimes. On top of that, the machine does not give a receipt when you pay and there is no way to check the system what exactly you have paid for. Total shambles. I had to argue and to show my bank notification to prove how much money was actually taken and that it was more than just for 2 breakfasts. On top of that- no proper system of table numbers- they use both cards and table numbers and in the end hand out the same number to different people and accuse you of taking someone else’s drink when they actually had given you the number themselves and shouted out your number when the drink is ready. Ordered 2 adult's breakfasts and 2 children's breakfasts at 13:26 and was told it would be a 25min wait. Ended up asking for a full refund at 14:22 as the food had still not arrived - nearly an hour for an all day breakfast, in a practically empty café is ridiculous. I saw 2 children's breakfasts go under the heat lamp for about 15mins then whilst in the process of receiving my refund they came to the table with the 4 meals so the beans had skin on etc from sitting for so long. The chef came by and said "we said it would be 20mins!" And seemed to have no idea we'd been waiting 55mins. No signal for data in the café and the WiFi doesn't work so unable to order on the app. Tables had numbers on them, but then some people also had number cards handed to them so servers had no idea which tables they were taking the food to. Arrived at 1230 and ordered two mains and two drinks. Printer on self service machine wasn’t working. Eventually found a seat amongst the vast number of empty tables that hadn’t been cleared away. Wife went to wait to collect her coffee. First Lady said it wasn’t ordered but not to worry they would sort it. 25 mins later they still didn’t have her coffee.
