The Edge Adventure Activities Ltd — Local services in Much Wenlock

I wanted to book something different for my husbands birthday and as we were on holiday in Welshpool, I found this activity perfect. I booked the activities online and paid a deposit. The activity centre was easy to find and had ample parking. We signed in then made our way down to the archery and sniper shooting area. We met Abi our trainer and two other guests at the archery and then the five of us went to the sniper shooting area. Abi explained how to use the gun and about the different targets we were going to shoot at. We had a lot of fun learning to use the gun and shooting at the targets. There was little competitions between the group which made it more fun. After the sniper shooting, the other two guests had finished their day at the centre and my husband and I moved onto archery. My husband had done archery before at different centres but this was my first go at archery. The archery was also a lot of fun and Abi was a great teacher. I organised a Saturday activity afternoon at the Edge Adventure for a group of 23 friends in our late 20s to early 30s whilst we were on a weekend away in Shropshire. We opted to do axe throwing and archery and split into two teams who swapped halfway through our 2 hours slot. A few of the women in our group were pregnant, and the Edge were happy for them to join in the activities on the basis they knew their own bodies and limits. We were very grateful for this inclusive and accommodating approach.

I appreciate its lockdown but this centres website has a big banner saying the are open. All I’d like to do I’d book some activities for my family in the middle of June. I’ve sent an enquiry e-mail - no response. I’ve phoned multiple times and left some voice mail messages and am now verging on stalker territory. I have received two return calls and haven’t been able to answer and they haven’t bothered to leave a message. Customer service abominable but I desperately want to give my niece and nephew a good day out so would still book if someone would have the common courtesy...
