We enjoyed it. Food and drinks were nice. My 3-year-old son enjoyed his mini version, too. So it was also kid-friendly! Couple of long tables out front so there is space to sit and eat. It's really close to the discovery museum, so I would defo go to both. Makes for a lovely daytime treat. As we were eating, I think a few people swang by and did very fast collections. So it might be worthwhile looking into preordering via just eat or direct with them. Not sure about it, but it seemed to be what other people were doing. Although having said that, we just turned up and ordered, and it was very quick.

I think we need to be more critical of gentrified places such as this one. When you gentrify a bao in a sad attempt to be less basic than a regular breakfast sandwich please do it well. This bao was honestly just bad, it was bland had no reason being on a bao and the salvation had to come from an insane amount of siracha being put on. Besides that the music that was blaring from the joint was loud and unwelcoming and the entire vibe felt off. Please spent your money somewhere that either serves a traditional bao or at McDonald’s for a better breakfast sandwich that is not as costly.

OK, but I prefer Meat:Stack for a breakfast burger. It’s filling, well packaged and gets delivered quickly, but I don’t get the hype. Maybe if you love bao buns then this will be more for you. I didn’t like the smell of the bao bun, found a double burger wasn’t particularly meaty and thought the burger sauce was pointless. It’s quite rich and greasy, and although the sriracha cuts through a little, it still wasn’t enough.

A rather choice little breakfast go-to with a unique style! Went there with a friend for the breakfast bao bun - what a weirdly beautiful bit of scran. Can't imagine there's many places selling sriracha sauce and bao buns with hash browns and sausage patties, but it's bloody lovely. Very convenient for the railway station a few mins walk away too. Lovely staff, great food, although be aware it's outside seating only if the weather's not...
