Great pub with a good mix of locals and students during term time. Haven't eaten here for a while but the food looked good from what I saw. Its my old local before I moved so has a lot of memories. It's a decent pub for the football with big screens in the bar area and a separate lounge which is a bit quieter and has more seating. I entered the establishment, my friend was sitting waiting for me to arrive, my friend greeted me enthusiastically and said hello to my dog. I bought us drinks and it wasn't until I had sat down, the lady behind the bar told me dogs weren't allowed - only in the beer garden.
