Although the food is amazing, the portions are sometimes too small compared to other Chinese take away shops around. This is especially relevant to crispy beef, duck, small spring rolls, cantonese beef, sweet and sour meat, beef dishes, pork dishes and similar. They do the best Chinese food in Norwich, but the portion sizes of the meat dishes are sometimes very bad, and the person/young child that answers the phone tells you 15/20 minutes, yet you get there and your chips/chicken balls/spring rolls are soggy and noodles/rice are cold as they always overestimate their time frame.
They are very reasonably priced on the other hand, and as I said, the food is amazing, so I keep going back even though the portion sizes are bad on meat dishes.
Rice, noodles, chips and bags of crackers are always full up which is nice, but they do sell cheap frozen small spring "pancake" rolls for a lot of money which is a little steep given that you can buy 10 for £1 at tesco, yet they charge something like £3-4 for 5. You can't tell me that tiny bit of electricity to heat the oil is warranted of that mark up.
They often give you a free drink which is nice, and they are always very friendly.
If the portion sizes improve, I will change my rating in the future, but for now, it's a three star for me.

We have been repeat customers and it made it more shocking that they completely refused to apologise. The key thing to remember is that CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Especially when it's your regular one. Why would we give them a wrong order and then complain that they have given us the wrong order? We always buy the same 4 items every single time and when I ask them to remove pork from the soup, why would I suddenly want pork in my chowmein? All they had to do was apologize rather than telling me that it's my fault and should have offered to reimburse the cost of the wrong food items. The food quality isn't bad but this is just to highlight the immature behaviour of blaming the customer. YOU MUST NEVER BLAME CUSTOMER! THATS THE FIRST RULE OF RUNNING...
