Oh So Sweet — Local services in Norwich

Will not be going there again! My 4yr old son picked up a bag of pick 'n' mix and whilst he was waiting for his brother to pick what he was having, he was swinging the sweets gently in his arm. The bag then split and the contents spilt onto the floor, he immediately apologised. The manager rolled her eyes and went to get the broom, she then said to my 4yr old "Move then please" in a tone that I would never expect a complete stranger to use with my son. I asked her if she thought that was an appropriate way to speak to a child and her reply was "well what do you want me to say?" Obviously excuse me! Her attitude was disgusting, I told her it was an accident but apparently that didn't excuse the fact she had just thrown away £1.50 in sweets. went into store to buy some nice chocolates from the counter as a present for husband. came out empty handed as the queue was really long & i didnt have time to wait that long. so when i got home i decided to order online & pay the postage. wish i hadnt bothered. if i had bought them instore they put the chocolates in a nice flat box which seperates the chocolates & makes them look special. buying online i didnt realise they would be thrown into a box together & arrive to me looking like a jumbled mess & not an expensive present!. also i did not get the selection i chose & several duplicates. no care taken at all, very dissapointed. Bought a bag of sweets online for £16 and when they arrived they had melted into one big, inedible clump. Contacted Oh So Sweet but they will not offer a refund or even a partial refund as they state on their website that some items like chocolate can melt. Except the order was NOT CHOCOLATE. You’d certainly expect better for the price and the company should maybe invest in better packaging/delivery services rather than conning people out of money in a day and age where £16 is a lot of money to some.
