I was in the chip shop the other week when that ladies Dad felt uncomfortable ( which Im sorry he felt like that ) all I can say is I never witness anything of the sort , yes they were all abit overwhelmed but it was extremely hot and busy so maybe the staff were abit less attentive but the lady involved wasn’t very pleasant to the staff either . The young member of staff involved was clearly upset about the manner in which the lady complained it was very aggressive. I went in with my dad today, he was looked at up and down as he had a Turban on. All the staff in there except one were so rude. My dad felt so uncomfortable that he had to go stand outside the shop. I asked for another meal as l felt it wasn't going to be enough for us all. The sales assistant made a remark and gave me a look and whispered to the other assistant in there. The only positive was that the atmosphere was electric better than most Chelsea matches. HOWEVER , service wise it was quick and sharp but not polite servers as one did let out a lot of blasphemy.
