Warlord Games — Local services in Nottingham

Hello from Germany:) first in English :

At first: I live in Germany, Bavaria. Unfortunately, I do not have a credit card (is not common with us). I made an order in the web store, but no payment method could be used by me. I found an opportunity by email with the really nice customer service representative to pay the order. (Lorenzo, thank you again at this point!) I have been given extensive details on how to send the money to Warlord Games. Thank you, because it worked!

Secondly: Kudos to all employees and designers to bring such beautiful models and gaming systems to the market! I am really excited about your company. It offers a system for all branches of the hobbies and enthuses with bright rules (Order Dice;)). The newest Black Seas is just great! To represent these details, rigging and sails in scale 1/700 ... A dream came true.

Erstmal: Ich lebe in Deutschland, Bayern. Leider habe ich keine Kreditkarte (ist nicht gängig bei uns). Ich habe eine Bestellung im Webstore gemacht, aber keine Bezahlmethode konnte von mir benutzt werden. Ich habe per Email mit dem wirklich sehr netten Kundendienstmitarbeiter eine Möglichkeit gefunden die Bestellung zu bezahlen. (Lorenzo, vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle!) Mir wurden ausführlich Möglichkeiten genannt, wie ich das Geld an Warlord Games senden kann. Vielen Dank, denn es hat auch funktioniert!

Zweitens: Ein großes Lob an alle Mitarbeiter und Designer, solch schöne Modelle und Spielsysteme auf den Markt zu bringen! Ich bin wirklich sehr begeistert von eurem Unternehmen. Es bietet für alle Sparten des Hobbies ein System und begeistert mit aufgeweckten Regeln (Order Dice ;) ). Das neuste Black Seas ist auch einfach Spitze gelungen! Diese Details, Takelage und Segel darzustellen im Maßstab 1/700...Ein Traum wurde wahr.

We were visiting Nottingham because my partner has been playing Warhammer since his youth and wanted to visit the museum. After a friend said that he should definitely visit Warlord Games, we did so too and it was soooooo much better than the Warhammer Museum!

At this point a big thank you to Conner H. for his warmth and generosity! After we got to chatting a bit, he offered us a guided tour of the Warlord Games warehouse and production facility. We saw the production process, chatted with the various employees, who were all super friendly and interested in showing us their work. Also to all of you a huge thank you, it was great to meet you all!

In addition, we got a free miniature figure from almost everyone we met, which we had not expected at all. All in all, you can feel that these are people who love their job and work together as one big family. It was a unique experience that we will never forget!

And what can I say, of course my partner also bought a few things and has now expanded his hobby. Which I can't blame him at all, because the girls and boys from Warlord Games are simply...

Went for the 2024 Open Day with a mate. Was a great time seeing the studio and behind the scenes of the production line with a nice shop with loads of stock. Was dissapointed the make and take was only US rangers considering they had done tanks in the past and this was a V3 launch of bolt action. Also had a bad encounter with a staff member at the warehouse till. Had asked if they stocked any Polish Dice just to get berated half an hour later for why i was asking for a product they don't make, even though one of the other staff members was sure they had some. Like bro i'm not supposed to know what you make and don't make thats your job.Left an unpleasant feeling and dampened the mood at the end of what was otherwise...
