Antalya Wigston — Restaurant in Oadby and Wigston

Visiting here last night.. genuinely very disappointed.. 2 if us went... Staff are so disorganised and the service was poor.. I didn't enjoy my food but the person I went with enjoyed theirs so 2 mixed reviews on food but we did have different dishes... Couldn't buy alcohol but no big issue.. went to the shop over the road.. the 2 people sat next to us has to remind them they had ordered starters and had waited over half an hour to which their starters appeared followed by the main course which they explained they were not ready yet but the main courses were put on the table to go cold .. the staff seemed not bothered.. went to pay for meal and told no card machine working so had to pay cash.. not a huge issue but would of been helpful to have been told that upon entering.... Ordered a diet coke was a task and a half.. I wasn't offered my change so I suggest you use the self appointed tip on customer service training... The staff were polite but this is so disorganised it's unreal... And we were one of only 4 tables.. could be an amazing venue if staff sort themselves out... At this point I will not be returning... Shame.... honest review.. please take...

Our group has eaten at this restaurant a few times this year when it was named Marmaris and also when it was supposedly under new management and had enjoyable experiences. This occasion was different, service was slow, staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and were poorly supervised! After ordering, our Mains arrive. Well actually not all of them, one was MISSING!! This eventually turned up 10-15 minutes later and the communication from staff during that time was abysmal. The other diners didn’t know whether to start their meals or not. Member of our party was doing all the chasing. No real apology when meal did arrive.

This spoilt our evening!

Have subsequently contacted Management via Messenger and they are blaming new staff giving the meal to another table but again no APOLOGY. Sorry either you supervise new staff correctly or you take responsibility for their mistakes which the restaurant has so far...

We came here due to my partner being gluten free and struggling for take out food. Whilst the restaurant itself did not have any gluten free products they were incredibly understanding and accommodating giving us more salad instead of the bread. the food was INCREDIBLE, very tasty, hot and everything you can want from a restaurant, the staff were just as incredible, attentive and kind! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for Turkish...
