Best kebab and pizza — Restaurant in Oadby and Wigston

Ordered some food from there through uber eats last night... Basically placed an order at 4pm so delivery was expected between 4.35pm to 4.55pm It was now 5.15pm and still hadn't received my order so I called the restaurant and was advised the driver was on the way and had left 5 mins ago????? A bit late for someone who placed an order 1hour 15mins ago. Anyway... finally got my order at 5.50pm. Nearly 2 HOURS after placing my order!

The food was horribly cold... the chips were stale .. the nuggets were cold... basically the chips we ordered went into the bin.. as they obviously do not taste nice if you try to warm them in a microwave. Managed to warm my wrap up and donner meat after scraping the salad off it.. The nuggets did not taste fresh so they kids did not eat them. The mix grill was super dry and tastless..

The only thing I can't complain about are the coke cans. They were nice and cold!

I called the restaurant to complain and even complained to the delivery driver.. The response i got from the driver when I said your 2 hours late .. was.. "Yeh ok.. here's your food"

Lol. Was kind of hoping for a better response than that.

The restaurant did not seem to care much either.

I will never order food from here again and those of you who are thinking of placing an order from here .... Good Luck... ! And be prepared to have your order delivered 2 hours late and expect it to be cold.. and do not expect to have great customer service from them.

I moved to wigston 11 months ago and have been disappointed with the standard of take aways in oadby and wigston tjs being the best o f a bad bunch but this place is the worst out of all of them all i asked if they did home made chilli sauce I got a what only can be described as a liquid chilli sauce, I also asked for a garlic tomato bread thin base with lots of tomato and got a deep pan with hardley any tomato sauce then came the mixed kebab with marinated chicken and Donna meat and to be fair the donna meat was nice but the chicken was marinated with colouring and with no flavour at all it wasn't cubes of chicken it was what i think is called chicken donna not what I expected from a place called best kebab. So far since moving to Leicester I've found that the take aways are really poor with this one being the...

disgusting. running several restaurants out of one shop. ordered “flip the bird”. never again. the chicken was dry and tasteless, so were the chicken strips. very rubbery / chewy and pink in the middle. tasted like it just came out the freezer.

salad in the burger was a joke. some of it was rock hard and the lettuce was slimy.

sweet potato fries were just burnt and the onion rings were crispy but just tasted wrong on so many levels.

the only things that were okay were the buffalo wings but they were absolutely soaked in sauce which i’m guessing had its benefit.
